Reacher
I thought that was a well established fact. Nothing to opine on IMO

5fouls
It's really hard to compare teams across eras. The shot clock, 3 point line, etc. have changed the game so much. If today's rules were in effect in '76, I don't think the team goes undefeated. Shooting from beyond the arc would not have been a strength of that team. I was young at the time (10-11 years old), but I'm one that feels the '75 team with Steve Green on the roster was better.

If Scott May wasn't hurt and just a shell of himself. wIU would have beaten Kentucky and then won it all in 75. Then, two straight years undefeated. BobSaccamanno
I’m not old enough to have seen the UCLA teams, but easily yes since then. That team was about as perfect as it gets. They were ridiculous.

Steve Green was a stud. Had he had 4 years to play.....he would have been pushing towards 2,000 pts. And if Laskowski would have played 4 years he would be in the 1,000 pt. club.
