btownqb
Grilled some salmon on the blackstone last night, made a 90 sec rice, and steamed broccoli in < 10 mins. Salmon was the great value frozen that they offer. Damn, good meal, quick, and little grease/fat.

I recommend and would be interested in what you think.

BeerBQ
I got some Super Bowl wings on for tonight. Just salted them overnight and put a basically salt/pepper rub on them. The local Publix (we just got one) had some sauces on sale so I grabbed a few of them.

btownqb
Central/Southern Indiana people--- JayC and I assume Kroger sometimes sells these chicken thigh packages (10pcs, not sure the weight) for $5 or 6.... can't beat it. I usually buy at least 2, make one, freeze one. Made them yesterday for the super bowl, hard to beat.
