Not sure you can really say that. We made the tournament because of our body of work, not because of the perception of the conferences. Eye test and how a team is playing down the stretch isn’t a factor; I think maybe this tournament is proof it should be, but the goal of the committee is not to put in the most teams with the chance of winning or seeding teams according to who they think can make a deep run.

Yes, I understand that but the B1G sucked in the tournament. Our fan base would be on fire if we were any of the top four seeds and got eliminated where they did.

The top four Big Ten teams lost to lower seeds. The brackets broke great for all those teams and they crapped it away.

I hope everyone is noticing that in these games, there are guys who are taking big, tough shots. You have to do that and I think/hope we will have more guys willing to do that going forward. Let JHS and Bates go wild.

I wouldn’t have minded him staying, he played well in some games for what we asked him to do. But I hope our plan isn’t to play with a lumbering 7 footer on the floor for extended minutes anyway.
