it is just a LB that is good in coverage as to opposed to those that are better at rushing the passer or stopping the run. Might also mean he is moving to DE/edge. Heard some thinking Ferrell might move up to LB but not sure if that has any legs.

Based on Rivals and sorting by RR, we got the following in-state 6) Tyler Cherry (5.8) 11) Adedamola Ajani (5.6) 16) Christian Peterson (5.5) 19) Khobie Martin (5.5) 52) Evan Lawrence (5.3) Not exactly killing it in-state but Purdue only has 4 in-state (#9, #12, #14 and #60) so there is our silver lining lol.

Definitely looks like Jackson and Cherry will be battling it out for 2025
