In it Baylor's staff (Baylor being one of the best shooting teams in CBB) gave a presentation on a 3 point practice drill they use. Painter reportedly incorporated it into their practices. They went from 291st in 3 pt shooting last year to 1st this season, with largely the same roster (just adding Jones). Granted their freshmen matured, but still. 

Does Woodson and the other coaches attend these? Asking because I honestly don't know. How intellectually curious are they about adopting things being done at other programs?

Look. I agree with you. There's a lot about the Purdue program that should embarrass anyone. Fletcher Loyer's flop. Mason Gillis's DUI. Zach Edey's elbows and truck sticking people in the lane. A large surplus of guys who unfortunately Look Like That. But you just made a Final Four! Probably the first in your lifetime! Cheer up! It's not like those previous three years, when you embarrassingly lost to a double digit seed, right? At least that won't happen again...

End zones are different.  Middle logo is different.  Size of the stadium/arena is different.  Color of the playing surface should be uniform in my opinion.  I 100% believe Boise State has an advantage with that blue field and their blue home jerseys.  I believe Oregon's wild floor pattern plays an effect on shooters and is just hard to watch from a viewers standpoint.  There are so many ways to differentiate your program and keep some tradition standards.

I assume every big school has a pool of money automatically split between the players….which they basically do nothing to get
