He got a $6 M deal at Arizona which has been far better than us for 20 years but the passion and exposure is bigger here but for our ineptitude and dysfunction.  But man I’d make a run at him with $10M and not bleep around to say IU is serious.  He’d be a great match here.   He’s got an urgency and passion that we have lacked but he also has the roster construction and strategic skills.
