I've had that same wondering. There are rules about what certain positions allow, but I'm not knowledgeable about it at all.

On some boards, the venom is still flowing like a flooded river. It is sad to see.

Think back to about a month ago when all the message boards were being set on fire with people declaring all the players would be leaving the program. I think that storm has been weathered pretty well.

I think not having to deal with point guard duties would help Galloway.

Don't take offense, because this isn't aimed at you. When I see reports of these "seen by numerous students" sort of things.......let's just say I'm hesitant to put much faith in it. Kind of like anonymous sightings of Donovan's wife looking at houses in Bloomington, or someone's niece who "is not much of a basketball fan" knowing for certain that X player was at the local watering hole.

But is he? According to state law, no state university can receive state funds for use in support of the athletic program. You can then conclude his salary is paid by funds generated by the athletic department itself, including sales revenues (tickets, merchandise, network broadcast fees, etc.) and donations raised by the department. I think you can interpret from that he is an employee of the university, but not an employee of the state. Anyone being upset thinking he is paid by your tax dollars can breathe a sigh of relief, because that isn't happening.

Good Assist/Turnover ratio, and rebounds well for his size. His shooting percentages leave a lot to be desired though. Don't know about his defense.
