This is what I was thinking

I was born an IU fan. IU games were always on channel 4 growing up and I never missed one. I was too young to really remember hanging our last banner. I really remember cutting my teeth on the Eric Anderson years and Calbert Cheney and those great teams. But my favorite memory is the run to the championship game against Maryland. That Duke game and the Moye block. I loved that moment.

This team could be one of the most deadly 3 point shooting teams in the league with Haliburton Hield and Duarte. I'm excited about this move. Move Turner in the next 48 hours and then Brogdon in the off season and you have the opportunity for a really exciting team.

Wow, I love that the Pacers picked up Haliburton. He can be a star in this league. Super efficient, great shooter, one of the league leaders in assists. He will be able to run a fun up tempo offense. Hate seeing Domas go, but it's time to rebuild and you can do that with Haliburton, Duarte, lottery pick, etc....

Looks like Washington has first round picks from Houston and OKC that could potentially be available for 2023, but they are both lottery protected from previous trades and don't look likely to pay off anytime soon as Houston and OKC are in rebuild mode. Would be surprised to see them picking outside the lottery in the next few years.

Dang, didn't realize they didn't have any firsts that far out. Not sure the young players would be enough for the Pacers to pull the trigger then. Maybe a 3 team deal would work it out.
