In all honesty he would be at or near the top of my list of artists. Ayden has rapped a couple times at school talent show under the name Slim Ady. Clean versions for him of course. Metallica and Eminem were my go to as a player and coach pre game
So cool. Even though I have never met Ayden I love that young man. On my bucket list is one these times I am traveling to Knoxville to see my son I am going to stop and meet Shane and Ayden.
It might take me a year or so but it will happen .

Isn't real talent refreshing?
Another relatively unknown talent is a young man named Seth Cook. He is from Yorktown, Indiana and is slowly making a name for himself. His parents are musicians and go by the name of Cook and Bell.
Seth had opened for several top named country singers like Vince Gill and had toured with Brett Young.
Seth is not only an outstanding musical talent he is also a great person.

I hate painting. Trying to get the front bedroom painted and trimmed before my surgery on Monday. After surgery I am on easy street. No more blankity blank projects.

Best wishes on your surgery. Finally... elective surgeries able to take place during this pandemic. Will be saying a prayer for you this Sunday. Listen to your doctor, and your therapist.
Thank you my friend. Mile my wife is a nurse so I will be listening to her first if you know what I mean. Lol

My wife loves hiking. Her goal is to hike the Appalachian Trail. Because of work she has to do it in sections. So far she has hiked from the starting point in Georgia to Fontana Dam, North Carolina. Hopefully this fall she can resume her quest. Her first time on the trail she hiked with her cousin and last February she went by herself. I have attached a couple pictures of her all geared up.

We love camping. Have several trips planned in Northern Michigan this summer and fall. Hopefully they open stuff back up real quick.
Two years ago we spent two weeks in the upper peninsula along lake superior.

All of my quarantine DIY projects are completed or as close as can be. I really came out of my comfort zone. I was able to remodel the bathroom, did 3 rooms of laminate flooring, did our living room wall with shiplap galvanized tin and antique barnwood, an arbor swing from old doors and changed the pool liner. Picked up some better and much need tools. I wont go as far as saying it was fun but I do feel somewhat accomplished in an area of weakness.
Our bathroom mirror my wife ordered finally came in so I installed it and the shelves I made. A couple pics.
I think you did a phenomenal job. You should be really proud of your accomplishments.
Are you for hire? Lol

Thank you for the kind words. Based on the pictures you provided you have done a great job. Trust me I have screwed up many thing in the stuff I have tried to do.
YouTube, patience and measuring several times before cutting have been a saving grace for me.

Man, I haven’t had a Long Island since I was at Killroys Sports 20 years ago. I should try a ‘real’ one.
Come visit and I will set you up.

Long island ice tea. Rum, gin, vodka, tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour mix and a splash of coke for coloring. Just poured one down the hatch!

I think you have done a great job and have gotten much farther than I thought you would. Sometimes it is best to walk away and refresh yourself. Doing this kind of stuff wears on you mentally and physically.
Keep up the great work my friend.

The company I used is about the only one around our rural area. When I first contacted them, they were only doing new construction, but they said they needed to have more business so they opened it up to existing homes.
The shower door is the final piece to my bathroom remodel. They were here in March 16th to get all the measurements and the next week they shut everything down until May 15. We put up a temporary shower curtain so the bathroom is functioning. I just want to close the door on that project.

Well here is a PSA while we all isolate and work on projects. DON'T put your fingers in the circular saw. Took one off at the first knuckle today and I was making some damn good progress on a shed too! !@%@$%^%!
Sorry to hear about your accident. I hope everything is healing well and you are back at it.

I am doing great. Had to spend a night in the hospital due to excessive bleeding. Woke up this morning with zero pain for the first time in over a year. I even slept on my right side last night which I haven't been able to do in a long time.
My got home about 11 this morning and right now I am on the bed doing my required exercises with zero pain or discomfort. Unbelievable!
Ayden was my inspiration through this. Whenever I would get discouraged with things I always thought of him and your family. I look forward to meeting both you and him and treating you guys to lunch at Ayden's favorite place to eat.
Thanks for being an inspiration to me.
