That part of the project I am capable of, the rest we shall see
Take your time, watch you tube videos, have a good plan and most importantly have a couple fifths of good liquor on hand. Lol

Our UPS guy must really like fruit. My wife buys an abundance of strawberries, cherries, etc and a lot of whipped cream. Won't let me touch it. Says it's for the UPS driver. Odd that I never seem to be home when he stops by though.
I wish you were. I would love to meet you.

Alright, how about something more humorous instead of all the doom and gloom?
I own an RV and because of the closures of campgrounds around the nation, I'm really anxious to go camping. But I can't help but wonder what the first day of openings would be like. Would it be like this???
My wife works at the hospital and we have already decided if she comes down with something we will bring the camper home, set it up in the back yard and have her self isolate out there. Fortunately last year when I ran electric to the barn I set up a circuit to handle the camper.

Dimwhitmer is an idiot. You can't buy paint at home Depot but you can walk up and down every aisle in the store.
Our attorney general just tweeted that white people are upset because they can't play golf. Another idiot in office.

Weirdest birthday ever. First birthday without dad (passed away last fall). First birthday spent alone with no family around. And no sports. It takes a toll on the mind and the emotions. Maybe the old normal will no longer be normal but at this point I'd be willing to settle for semi-normal. I don't know. Cheers to you all. Just rambling while watching some old Bears games on YouTube.
Happy birthday and condolences to you on the passing of your father.
And I completely understand how you feel. I need something to year up to relieve my frustrations.

Very excited about this one. Huge upside very bright young man. 4 year player that adds to the toughness we are building at IU. Next dominoe should fall sooner rather than later. Be shocked if we dont have 1 or 2 more around 1st week of May
Thank you for in information. I hope all is well with you and your family.

My understanding is that the governors of Michigan and Nevada originally opposed some of the unproven treatments that had been made public during the President's updates. I'm not going to speculate on their reasons. but delays of just 1 or 2 days make a difference. For some family.
The governor of Michigan is an idiot. She is playing politics in hopes of being the vice president nominee since Biden said he would nominate a woman. She is in way over her head!

The JFK assassination is the most fascinating single event in us history for me. After reading and watching just about everything I cannot say with confidence that Oswald acted alone. The statement from the ER DR at Parkland Memorial hospital that there were entry wounds from 2 different directions is very hard to overlook. America needed a killer and they had him with Oswald.
I have never and will never believe that Oswald shot Kennedy. Kennedy was the head of the snake and he got axed by those who hated both him and his brother. You kill his brother first and you have the most powerful man in the world to deal with. You kill the President first and Bobby becomes insignificant. And for the record I do believe the government was involved.

Good thing you were just visiting. Probably pretty intense even then.
My thoughts are with your wife who is on the front lines. Is she holding up okay?
Thank you. So far she is doing fine. She is working some expanded hours but she has said it will get worse before it gets better.

This situation with first reponders is getting very bad. What's happening in Rikers is also pretty terrifying right now. All day and night it seems like nothing but sirens sometimes. It's much worse at night.
I am happy I am retired and really don't need to go anywhere other than the grocery store.
My wife on the other hand works at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. She gets to see what is going on first hand.

My grandpa and I were fishing one night and we both hooked a fish at the same time. Started reeling in and thought we just snagged each other. Turns out we both caught the same fish. Took both of our baits.
My friend and I were bass fishing one night when I hooked a pretty nice bass. The fish ended up breaking my line. Later on my friend hooked a bass and landed it. We always kept a few fish to eat and that night it was Bill's turn to keep them. The next morning Bill called me and told me the bass he caught had three softcraw, a baby catfish and the texas rig from me in it's stomach.

Not if you are contained with your wife, well I can't speak for you but if I ordered carryout and it was delivered topless the rest of my meals would be consumed through a straw.
I am contained but my wife works at the local hospital.

Looks fantastic. We actually put shiplap behind our vanity. We went with a single bowl vanity. That way when I kick off my young wife won't have to worry about the other bowl.

Snowing here...
Please keep it down there. It's supposed to be in the upper 50's on Thursday. If the wind isn't too strong the boat will come out of storage and I will be doing some fishing.

I just finish a complete bathroom remodel. The only thing that is original is a couple of walls of drywall. New lights, floor, ceiling, faucets, door and all trim, bath fan, complete tiled shower, vanity, floating shelving and towel and paper holder, robe hook and towel ring. We also put in two pantries and bench seating in the kitchen which allowed us to tear out a built in pantry that extended into the bathroom . Doing this allowed us to increase our vanity size from 42" to 60".
It was much tougher than I thought and my patience was totally shot. Hopefully no more waking up in the middle of the night and thinking about what I have to do and how to do it.
This is my last major project. I am too old (66) and Susan and I have done everything to this house. New windows, doors, cabinets, doors, trim, lights siding, garage door, floors and carpet. All this was done is less than 3 yearsMission Accomplished!

My wife loves to landscape. She has done the front yard, both sides yards and has a great start on the back yard. We have almost 400 small rocks in her landscaping plan and countless yards of mulch. Nothing makes my day more than for her to be out doing the landscaping while I am watching her in the air conditioned house. The good news for me is that she doesn't mind. Susan is one tough, hard working, strong willed woman. The only thing she wants me to do when it comes to landscaping is pick up truck loads of mulch and haul her landscaping boulders/rocks.
She is 24 years younger than me and I have no idea what the heck she sees in me.

^^^ Jeff. Honestly sorry to hear your replacement surgery has been cancelled. Hang in there for me, please, as I know you will have to continue with the pain.
On the flip side. The bath rehab looks great. Thanks for sharing the pics with us. Please take care.

Good luck my friend. If I were closer I would give you a hand.
Tell your wife and I speak from experience that it is a two to three weeks process. Good luck on your project and please provide updates.
