They could put in clawbacks but good luck fighting that battle. You’ll spend more on legal fees than it’s worth. What they should have done, and could still do, is place the NIL monies into a trust to be delivered at a certain point. It could be multiple distributions. But something to delay the payment so the up-front cash/dash scenario will be less likely to occur.

What a joke. 😤

I wish we had the depth to absorb the transfer outflow that some of these schools have. It would be interesting to see that same info for all schools over a 5 yr period to help smooth out one-off variables.

What are the costs associated with these? These are really cool.

Agreed with the above sentiment. Comparing Taco Bell to Q, Chip, and M is comparing fast food to fast casual segments. A different emphasis is placed on quality vs quantity. It’s like comparing McDonald’s to Smashburger. Never had Moe’s, I’ll have to find one and try it out. I’m the kind of guy who finds what he likes and sticks with it, seldom moving away unless pushed a little.

Add queso to whatever you get. It’s sooooo good. Get the Diablo queso if you like spice.

Disagree.

I prefer Qdoba overall but will TB on occasion. It’s certainly gotten worse over the last say 5 years. Now granted, maybe nothing has changed from a corporate level, it could just be the QC from the local franchise. But Qdoba will always be A#1 for me in terms of national chains.

Natural grass and dirt has more give then artificial turf. It just does. This puts less strain on the muscles and joints on grass. -

Biden’s border policy is working splendidly…in his own mind. -
I’m reading The Nineties by Chuck Klosterman. It’s pretty interesting about the events from the 90s that have shaped our culture today. Music, sports, movies, politics, etc. Highly recommended.

So terrible. So young. RIP Coach.

Oh man. So horrible to hear.

My pet peeve is people who call out others for loving!!!!! I think my biggest pet peeve, which I’m sure has been discussed at some point is the laziness of those who refuse to return shopping carts to the cart corals.

The amount of stress these coaches endure, I’m quite frankly shocked we don’t see more of this.

^^^I too love Christmas and the season!!!

My wife's new car will beep if the car in front of you moves and you're dilly-dallying. That's where we are at as a society. 🤦♂️

I always say “my wife is from Jersey. She knows people…”. -
Appreciated!! The most meaningful complement I received was from the contractor when he said that my work was better than some of the guys he has worked with in the past (assuming he wasn’t slamming his own hiring standards!!). The angled entry was a must. There’s a pole near the bottom of the stairs so I didn’t want to make it a pain to maneuver around it. My workshop is down there so some odd shapes and sizes of wood and equipment make their way around there. lol

I had a similar thought. Not only $20m but these decade deals as of late. I’m no fan of that. 5 yrs with an option is about as long as I’d go. -

It wasn’t perfect but it did the job better than measuring and cutting and praying for the best. lol I’ve printed a half dozen speed squares in various colors. I never lose site of them!!! Lol

I actually printed some blocks to tell me where the outlets were. They hung on the jboxes and had points on the corners so all I had to do was line up the drywall and slap it. It punched small holes that I was then able to use to cut the holes. Actually quite helpful for all of ~$ 0.50 of filament. Lol
