Honest question. My tribe has been down for 52 weeks. None have gotten the virus. I've known plenty who have. Total lockdown for first 4-5 months last year. Started venturing out in August. Outdoor get togethers,etc...

We've been preaching social distance, exercise each day and of course cleanliness. Am I an idiot for being 50/50 on getting a vaccine when my age range becomes available? Nothing to do with anything political or whatever...more of the keep doing what's working so far crowd. Just curious what others think or others who are in same boat.

Where I live in Northern Indiana, people grew tired of lock downs and masks very quickly.  For the most part it has been life as usual for us, masks in public places being the only difference really.  We are more home bodies by nature,  so going out to eat and such really isn't our thing. I may know ten people total that have taken the shot, everyone else has carried on as normal.  I'm 44, keep to myself for the most part so I personally will pas

@5foulsas you are following 3A close.

Leo barely got by Luers last night.  I dont know if they survive Dwenger tonight.

And I got to see St. Joe and Marian a little bit last night on TV.  The Indians have the Notre Dame kid(6-7) and another kid that is 6-5 as their second leading scorer.  The ND recruit prefers to bomb from the outside and has a great stroke.  The announcers said that Glenn would give them a game tonight.

A couple of side notes I heard on the broadcast...Last night was the 1st time that JR Kacinsky(ND recruit) had ever beaten Marian.  He was 0-7 going into last night.  Also JR is knocking on the door of becoming Saint Joseph County's(South Bend) all-time scorer.  The guy that is #1?  Damezi Anderson.

JR's sister and my daughter played on the same AAU team. We spent a lot of time with them over the years,  traveling the country.   JR and his family a great people. I wish IU would have pushed for him, but when ND offered, I knew it was over.

CJ had 25 I believe tonight. Just finished off Cathedral in what has to be the toughest sectional in the state. 5 teams ranked in top 10. Really good looking player just like Armaan was at same time. Unreal competition too.

CJ looks to play well above the rim.  Kid definitely has a lot of potential

I honestly wouldn't call myself an audiophile, but I do a lot of research before buying in search of a good sound. My setup is in a finished basement so I can "crank it up" at times.  I am happy with the speakers...I even bought the matching center and rear for 5.1. for movies....but haven't had a chance to hook up/mount the rear speakers yet.

I think my Yamaha receiver is maybe 3-4 years old now. It replaced my old Onkyo. I still have my Onkyo 6 disc cd changer hooked up as well as record player.

If you have the ability,  add a second sub. You will love the extra power for movies and music, especially in a larger basement.

I have Brothers in Arms album and it sounds amazing. Wait...I'm over 40 too so I'm allowed to be here right? 😀

I have a Yamaha receiver currently and bought some new Polk S60 speakers https://www.crutchfield.com/p_107SIGS60/Polk-Audio-Signature-S60-Washed-Black-Walnut.html?awcp=&awcr=309979299511&awdv=c&awkw=polk+s60&awmt=p&awnw=g&awug=9016394&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5eKZpN-P7wIV6cmUCR2OUQYqEAAYASAAEgIO7fD_BwE  last year.

Ran Polk for numerous years.  I almost built another system around them. Good stuff

The Rogue Audio CMIII finally arrived today. UPS dropped it off in the lobby and ignored the signature required part. Good thing the box at 60 lbs was too big for anyone to steal.

I hooked it up this afternoon and had to bias the driver tubes (they provide a little screwdriver and it only took a few minutes). Have been listening to it since about 3pm and it’s really opening up in the last hour or so. I know they say components need time to break in, but this thing is already a SHOCKING improvement over my Class D integrated amp that I’ve been listening to over the last six years.

I’ve been told to give it a few days or up to a couple weeks for it to really sound good, but am already just gobsmacked. Even my wife was like, “Damn, this sounds incredible.”

I’ve never seen something so thin and relatively small weigh so much though. I guess that means it’s high quality and US made in Pennsylvania!

Congratulations buddy! That is a beauty! Couple weeks and you will love it even more
