Well you can’t beat Michigan when you have the ball inside the 10 yard line twice and get 3 points.. Bazelak isn’t bad when he has time to throw but my lord this is the worst O line I’ve ever witnessed. The offense wouldn’t be bad if we had more than 1.5 seconds to throw. D line was glaring issue as game went on. Absolutely zero pass rush which killed our secondary when receiver gets 10 seconds to get open. DL and O Line continue to hold program back.

Credit the media for asking Allen and Bell some tougher questions this week about the offensive line and getting Henderson and Lucas the ball.. they should be held accountable and asked tough questions.

I expect us to pull out some trickery on offense and we should have camper and DJ back at WR.. mix in some Henderson and Lucas and offense should be best it be all year. defense should be able to compete as long as offense is able to put together few drives and keep them rested could Be way off here but I could really see 7-10 point game in 4th..

The people that think we should fire Allen is not smart at this point.. who the heck are we going to get? This isn’t indiana basketball. And if we do get someone as soon as we get success they are gone to greener pastures. Our best hope is that Allen turns it around. We have had decent success with him and if we get better he isn’t leaving. He really does love IU.. now last night was pretty disappointing. I knew our offense was going to struggle some without Camper and DJ.. most offenses would without their 2 best options. Now with that being said it’s absolutely inexcusable to have a weapon like Lucas sitting on the bench. As a coach you are Literally paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to get the ball in your playmakers hands. I do not understand continuing to play Shivers. He has no vision and yards after contact is basically zero.. we scored on our 2 drives with Hendersons and Lucas in the game.. I don’t expect the coaches to be perfect but this is pretty obvious stuff to me.

Its fair to say they may have came out a little flat but I thought the D line played really well all game.. head, Bryant, Elliot, Dasan got to QB.. if not for some massive coverage issues that lead to huge plays we played well enough on D to win… they had like what 50 yards of rushing ??

Not a QB issue here. It’s an O Line problem. Murphy and Hanna were getting absolutely dominated.. If defense doesn’t have an atrocious 2nd quarter we still have a legit shot to win the game. Glad defense got things corrected in 2nd half. That was very impressive.. this was a game I don’t think any of us thought we were going to win. Nebraska, Maryland, Rutgers, Purdue are the big ones… I think we have a shot at Michigan state as well.
