He, my FIL, had a brain bleed earlier this year. He's been having mini strokes. Meds aren't working. He's pretty much given up. It's hard seeing someone you knew become something else. At least Rustin is improving.

I'm really loving what I do right now, and I can take care of myself. But life kicks you in the ass. My family and inlaws are having a really hard year. My FIL, and MIL were planning on retiring to Tennessee. @Reacherdo it before it's too late. My wife's parents planned on that and shit went downhill fast. So retiring there isn't going to happen for them.

My point in starting this thread was to inform people to have whatever food, water and preferred fuel sources for 2-4 weeks. I took a class in college and was on a team teaching this https://www.ready.gov/cert#:~:text=The Community Emergency Response Team,organization%2C and disaster medical operations. I naturally take it to the next level. My point remains, every household should have 2-4 weeks of food supplies, first aid and water.

I am not anti vax, consider me hesitant. Haven't got it, but I won't lose my job over it. If they require it I will begrudgingly do it. But I will refuse a Vax pass completely. I work for a contract company producing covid vaccines. So far no mandate to get one. They have provided them for free. So my question is why so many exemptions in .gov, Pharma, politifools having rules for thee but not for me? Quit listening to these people. They aren't smart and know nothing.

Im mostly thinking right of the supply chain issues and energy supply. Part of it pandemic related but another is policy. Saw where part of the reason ships can't get unloaded in California is because of a bill that was passed last year won't allow older rigs to operate in the state. So not enough trucks to ship goods. Look at the store shelves in places that are not policing shoplifting. If wholesale panic happens again I'm not sure resupply could keep up.

Stock up on essentials. Water, food, propane, gas, firewood, charcoal..ect First aid supplies. Water purification kits. I was an eagle scout candidate so I can take care of my troop. If you don't have a a supply of guns and ammo you are 10 years too late. Everyone needs to understand what is coming. I really hope I'm wrong.

I hope you are right. And I would rather not be in that position with purdont. But every time both teams come in at 5-7 it's such a joy to ruin their bowl opportunity.

If we can keep up this level of defensive play I think it wouldn't be too difficult to attract a much better offensive coordinator. Who wouldn't want to have the opportunities on offense the defense provides. Pierre's interception in the end zone being a good example.

I had never really been to a big city before my first trip to Chicago. Took about 10 minutes of walking around to figure out why people don't greet each other on the street. At first I thought they were rude. Then realized a person would wear themselves out being friendly to everyone.
