Wow....

How much of an impact was Bedford's injury to this OL? I mean, he was the first major injury to an OL that desperately needed his size, talent and experience. So far, we have seen NO ONE that has remotely come close to filling his shoes...even by committee. Seriously, where are we if Bedford is healthy and having an amazing year? If so, it affects both sides of the ball. The offense, in theory should appear a little better, allowing just a bit more time for the QB to throw or more push for the or RB's to find a seam......, not to mention, staying on the field longer and sustaining drives. This would give the defense more time to recover and catch a breath. I know there are much more elements to IU's game plan and eventual success. I have been racking my brain, trying to peel the layers back of IU's downfall this year. With Bedford, I think it almost guarantees us sitting with at least 4 or 5 wins right now. Yes I said guarantees! I think his injury and his missing skill set on the field was/is the catalyst to IU's sinking ship. JMHO.

What do you suppose is honestly going through Coach Allen’s mind right now…..? All seriousness….. What are the “Come to Jesus” conversations like between position coaches and Coach Allen? How are the players feeling, thinking and talking about this continuous slide? There are so many more questions…

I’m sure Ohio St. will look put it together in the second half….. It’s almost like they just “play” with teams and keep it close till they decide to shift gears and put it into 4X4…Way too many times when IU was playing Ohio St. tough and gaining confidence…… the inevitable happens, we end up losing.

I'm SUPER STOKED! A good friend of ours just offered my wife and I 4 tickets (row 20) and a parking pass, no charge! Of course I thankfully took them....lol.

My biggest take on X is that he desperately wants to be that player a coach has to have on the floor and not the bench. He often goes faster than his body lets him and ends up out of control. He is probably realizing that this year's team IS greatly improved in many areas and his services most likely may be reduced a bit over last year. Bottom line, Schifino IS the best point guard on the team, hands down....and should cut into X's minutes at that position. He has to be able to come in and produce on both sided of the ball when he is called on.

If there was a better time to make in-season changes, then this bye week is the one. This gives IU's new OC more time with the O-line and to try to put his stamp on some things. I just really hope that all the one on one conversations with players and coaches as well as position changes will show some sort of positive effect Saturday. I am not expecting it, but wow, what a win would do for this team and especially the fanbase.........

I wonder if Coach is taking a page out of the Colt's playbook and making a QB change? I think Ehlinger looked much better and more versatile in and out of the pocket than Ryan. I was very impressed with him yesterday.

Colts offense looked a whole lot better with Ehlinger at QB….(minus the fumble). We are definitely missing Quitty and a healthy Taylor.

Who knows…. I mean, Donovan who went to wide receiver exclusively this year, has played a few unsuccessful “Wildcats”…. I’d sure like to see a Dexter wrinkle now and again…. It’s worth a try.

I just don’t want Dexter to get frustrated and itchy feet then decide to transfer next year…..

Just speaking primarily about IU men’s basketball, you will exclusively be able to watch the first 3 IU basketball games. I don’t get much use out of it other than those 3 games. The remaining games will be on prime channels like BIG10 Network , Fox Sports and other national channels. I have all those channels through Dish. I always pay for the first games that are exclusively shown on BIG10 +. It’s worth the $10 for the month, then I cancel after the last game before the month is up.

Slow, boring week......Uggggh. I would be up for some line or position change news....IF the "evaluations" have granted those things. lol!!! I would love to see Dexter get the call moving forward AND somehow used in the remaining games in some compacity.

I wonder how the team feels about this move...... This is a big shake up and one that most likely needed to be done earlier.

I know this is the wrong thread for this, but I would like to see Dexter Williams come in and make some plays with is feet too....
