  1. That's what I thought. Maybe everyone should talk about him
  2. So Jeremy Fears is good at basketball and visited Indiana
  3. Yep, that's who I'm almost certain it's going to be.
  4. I have a gut feeling the Reds next manager has been sitting in the broadcast booth all year and that he will be taking over possibly as soon as next season.
  5. On the Reds this off-season. 1. GM Nick Krall isn’t going anywhere. 2. They just promoted scouting director Brad Meador to assistant gm. He was instrumental in the Reds recent draft success. 3. Bells contract is up. There has been zero talk about an extension. I wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t retained, leaves on his own, or moves into the front office. 4. Pitching coach Derrick Johnson also has his contract up. I expect him to leave since the Reds just parted ways with Boddy who he worked with a lot on how to develop the minor league pitchers. 5. Castellanos and other roster moves are hard to predict right now for a number of reasons. He also has more value for the Reds than anyone else.
  6. Members of the staff and athletic department supposedly like them and their support.
  7. It was Joe Walker. He’s a 6’4 200 lb WR in the 2023 class. https://247sports.com/Player/Joe-Walker-46103815/
  8. This team this year still has flaws and the recruits know that. They just need to see that things are close and trust that those things will change soon so that the team doesn’t have such glaring flaws.
  9. Don’t know about that. The player development made great strides since they got hired.
  10. The Reds decided to part ways with their minor league director of pitching Kyle Boddy and their minor league hitting coordinator today. The organization is said to be wanting to go in a “different direction”.
  11. Hoping for a little reverse jinx lol
  12. The Reds are done and that will be obvious after this weekend.
  13. You just hate to see it
  14. Well role players are different imo. Which is what all those guys were at the time. The Pacers aren't a team that's ever going to eliminate themselves from contending by blowing up the roster. The Pacers don't view Warren as a role player so he'll fall closer to the category of PG and Vic in terms of importance for them. Also they do want to resign him so it'll be interesting to see if they do.
  15. The thing is the Reds do have Louis Castillo who when he is on gives them a chance against anyone. He has been very inconsistent this year but there is a chance in a 1 game playoff. That said the Reds aren't going to make it to the wild card game.
  16. Who exactly have the Pacers let walk for nothing? None of their main players in the last decade have really left as a free agent other than Lance and Bogdanović. They've had some role players leave and guys at the end of their careers but that's about it. Vic and PG wanted out and they got value in return for both.
  17. They'll resign him if they can. They don't have a good enough way to replace his production on the wing. If you saw the video clips the Pacers media put out he was seen at the very end of the clip in a black shirt.
  18. Let me start by saying that I really like Chris Ballard and think he's gotten some really good players but I don't think that he is this great GM that the media makes him out to be. He's got flaws on this Colts roster that he has neglected for a couple of years now and refuses to do anything about it.
  19. Warren will be playing sooner rather than later. He was playing with the rest of the team at the Pacers facility a couple days ago. The report about his stress fracture looks to be purely precautionary. As for Sumner that's a bad break but he wasn't guaranteed to be in the rotation. It definitely hurts their depth though.
  20. How many times is Wentz going to get hit this week against the Rams? I've got a feeling it's going to be several after the way the Colts O line played last week.
  21. Reds are done. The organization wasn't committed to winning and their holes in the roster are showing down the stretch. Not to mention players aren't performing as well as they were. September Wade Miley has struck again, Guti has hit a rookie wall, and the other starting pitchers have been inconsistent all year.
  22. Not what happened. Celtics aren't paying him 70 million. Had very little if anything to do with the Celtics but this thread is about Clowney.
  23. His info on Brad was right. He and many others inside the athletic department thought Brad was coming. His info is very well sourced.
  24. The guy that shared that info is well connected to the athletic department and said he had more info he was withholding out of respect for his source. IU is in a great spot.
  25. IU needs to get their O-line to get their heads out of their backsides and find a way to pull off that upset.
