The last time UK hired an Arky guy it didn't go so well...
I still think Holtmann is more likely.

I know zero about Kitchells game. Isn't he an all time great? Lol
Of course Miller isn't him.

I wonder if Michigan would go back to Beilein? I am not saying the folks at Michigan think this way, but one school of thought is if someone bails on you once, you're not re-hiring the person. There are some people that feel that way (I have seen it outside of sports).
Doubtful because of his age but Xavier took back Sean Miller.

Highly regarded as...?
I mean, I know he played and I think he was an assistant, but I'm not at all confident that he's a proven commodity as a coach at either level? He's shown he can assemble talent and he's got at least one very good bench coach at UM, but my personal and very unprofessional view is that he's not established as a good coach at the college level yet. Why do people think he'd make a good NBA coach already? Surely he's at least something of a risk right now? Why would LA think he's the best available option?
Not saying you're wrong...maybe I'm just ignorant here, but sell me.
All former players are highly regarded until they come to college and prove they can't coach. Cmon man!

He should definitely be gone but I'll be surprised if he is. There's no way Woody can afford any regression next season and that will be hard without XJ.

Going 90 on Walnut is more than just reckless driving because the speed limit couldn't be more than 40 even if that.
Especially on a Saturday night when there's lots of inebriated students wandering around. Lucky he didn't hit anyone.

The other site is saying he was doing 140 in a 50 😬

And agree. That said, that is very much an on-the-scene judgement call. X can have a pretty brusque edge to him. Scenario could go either direction.
Did he refuse a breathalyzer? Maybe that's it.

We aren't competing with these teams playing TJD/RT/JG together next season.
The recruiting needs to get a lot better.

I never thought he was coming back but I'm surprised that NBAdraft.net now has Trayce as a 1st rounder.

If Woodson felt a "substantial share of fans" would turn on him, after he got the program back to the tournament in year one, simply for moving on from Fife then maybe @IU Scott is right and we do have a major fan problem.
I'd be really surprised if he felt that way or that had anything to do with the release, but if he did then that is an us problem (meaning fans on message boards and social media) and not a him problem.
Well let's be honest. We were 9-11 and only squeaked into the dance because Michigan coughed up a double digit lead in the 2nd half. Most think we underperformed by at least a few games. Next season will be very telling.

Lewis was known for his temper in high school. That much I remember. Of course, that was long ago.

He was actually very polite and respectful with Crean. If he was always like that he'd be watchable.
