I grew up in Michigan City and there were quite a few IU fans and students who went to IU. It was just more diversified. You had a good amount of PU fans and ND fans as well.

Don't feel too bad...I am right there with you. It is disappointing, but I will have to live vicariously through other HSN gardening members this season. We just have so much going on this spring/summer there is no way we can do it. Crazy times. Good luck leveling your yard...I still want to see pics of your completed basement house project once you are all done.

Agree with this. I love my Weber Genesis gas grill for speed and convenience, but charcoal grilled/smoked tastes the best. King of the Hill was a good show though!

we grow basil in a planter as well and it grows easy and fast. You shouldn't have any problems with it producing all season.

I hope this is the guy for the family of those girls sake, so they can have some closure. We live not too far from where this happened and it is/was appalling. As others have mentioned, this guy is obviously a danger to society and needs to be locked up permanently based on the case he was arrested on alone. I can't even fathom what goes through some peoples heads and how they are able to hurt young people. Truly disturbing.

We had these. I would pay decent money to find these in good condition. Loved playing this game growing up.

We used to play a game we invented called "tennisball". We took a wiffle ball bat and stuffed it with newspapers and taped it with duct tape and we drew a "strike zone" with a white crayon or something on the elementary school brick wall. We loved it because we could throw wicked curve balls with the tennis ball...almost as good a with the wiffle ball...and we could play fast pitch, which some of the younger kids were scared to do with the real baseball. We also kept track of home runs all spring/summer. We played our share of wiffle ball and regular baseball too....but when we were a little older...probably middle school age, we probably played 75% of time with the tennis ball. On a side note, the school janitor was majorly pissed off at us for marking up the building with a strike zone. It was still there last time I checked about 6-7 years ago.

I will second this. Get a Weber 22 inch kettle and you will be good to go for the next decade for a $100 plus investment.
