  1. Do we no longer include herd immunity in these conversations? Why is the narrative now 100% vaccination for all? Im scheduled for an antibody test tomorrow at kroger pharmacy for $25. My mom is facing a vaccine or job situation, working for a Louisville hospital from the safe confines of her home. My toddlers preschool teachers at a local Hamilton county Christian church were faced with the same choice. As many have been pointing out, school age children are far more likely to succumb to random accidents than they are covid. If i have antibodies, i will not get the vaccine anytime soon. Ive explained here before a possible family correlation to severe vaccine reaction in my grandfather. My mom is literally petrified of the vaccine, far more than she is of covid. From my readings, it seems the moderna would be the one of forced choice if it comes to it. So sad that in the free world of the united states of America, the government and massive corporations now have control over our medical decisions. I remember when this was warned about and its now on our door step.
  2. For clarification, that was during first pregnancy. She's 29 weeks right now with boy #2. We do ask for prayers for a healthy 3rd trimester, delivery, and baby. Thanks to all. So far so good. She gets lab work every other week now.
  3. Wow man. Thanks for sharing. My wife said she felt like she was going to die if she didn't have the baby that day. Turns out she was. Our guy came 2 weeks early at 5 lbs 13 oz. Healthy and strong.
  4. I guess the pacers get a 7.4 million trade exception from the McDermott sign and trade.
  5. Sounds like she's an ex for a reason. You made the right call by seeking the woman in charge for what she wanted.
  6. We can talk all day long about the Pacers refusal so go spend money but would you really want to be Miami heat? They are going for bust next year but in 2 years they will have 80 million tied up in a 38 year old Lowry and a 35 year old Butler. In 3 years they will be paying a 36 year old Butler 52 million dollars. Good luck with that.
  7. My wife had some serious complications on the first one. Our Dr played us masterfully so we didn't freak out and we just focused on the delivery. It wasn't til the next day when the Dr and nurses were calling my wife the little miracle momma did we start to comprehend what the hell happened. By far the most intense, scary, and relieved I have been. When the baby came out and he had all his toes, fingers, and ears I knew we would be alright. My wife had helps syndrome. Its like a 1 in 1000 and 1 in 4 die, iirc. Thank God I didn't google it when they told us about it. They just said no c section or epidural and you gotta get this baby out. They cranked up the potosin? and my wife was having long and hard contractions for about 4 hours on no rest in between. But yeah, if your wife wants you out or in the delivery room, whatever she says goes haha. Isn't that how this works?
  8. Only the birth father in my experience. But basically just do what the momma wants
  9. I didn't watch. How much were they even on air? I went to bed last night with it on but wasn't staying up. From what I understand, the team didn't try to make a bunch of political stances like the women's soccer team(leader). I couldn't name more than 4 guys on the roster, that's how much I care. Dont have a reason for not caring other than its middle of the summer. Durant is the only guy I can think of that I dont care for, used to be my favorite player when he was young and coming up. Money changed him. Im glad they won.
  10. This dude is good crazy. I love his voice. Can you imagine how much you would get done each day with him talking at you? I'd kill it. Personal records, every day.
  11. I thought we beat Australia in the semi and play France?

  13. The point is the pacers weren't considered, again, for a guy rated around 75th? in the league. What i read is he will likely take up the Knicks remaining 11 mil in space. That's dirt cheap for him.
  14. Shifting. Kemba to the Knicks. Think he was interested in coming to Indy?
  15. This is probably the number 1 issue the franchise has against it. When was the last time a top 30 free agent even considered Indiana? Gordon Hayward? And that was for being hometown and may have been a smoke screen. The 2nd biggest issue is that the front office and ownership are nice guys and loyal. What I mean about that is take 3 years ago. Oladipo gets hurt and instead of trading the expiring contracts of some decent pieces that would be contributors on playoff teams, such as Thad, they hold him and let him walk to an in conference team. They could have easily gotten a 2nd rounder out of that. And remember they got Brogden for 2 seconds because the Bucks couldn't afford him. So accumulating picks has for some reason never been in the pacers arsenal. Same thing this year with McBuckets. He was worth a 2nd to a playoff team looking for one more shooter. So imo, the front office wants to be friends and nice guys with the players and not get into trading for assets. They place the relationship over the business. Good guys usually finish last.
  16. They quoted all that stuff and the insider said it's way more likely Rivers would be willing to jump in last second on a playoff team in need, not at the beginning of season.
  17. Listening to the guys on 1070 and some "insider" they had on, sounds like Rivers is more willing to come on towards the end of the season not beginning. It does make sense right now though with the Colts in so many ways. He said he's not in shape but I call bull. These guys are elite, he could be game ready in 2-3 weeks.
  18. That would be really disappointing. Its none of my business but i would be curious the % of the team and staff that has either been vaccinated or had covid already. If its 100% combined then this would be nothing but virtue signaling by the university.
  19. I only got 3 biscuits in my feeds four family pack at KFC last night. That was a bummer.
  20. Hmm. I read it and understand most of it. I love what you bring with your research and articulation. One thing I learned from the reddit revolution is this TLDR= Too Long Didn't Read. For those in the crowd that didn't read or lost the point, what's your conclusion?
  21. Man just now getting caught up on everything that's awesome news. Great to hear it sounds like he's pulling through.
  22. I hope Morey never wins a championship. He thinks he's God's gift to GMing. I do respect him for calling out China however.
  23. Like I said yesterday, her head finally popped. She is unarguably the best gymnast ever but you wait until your career is over. The rhinestone goat was a curse.
