  1. Upon further inspection. Anthony Davis took all 18 2nd half free throws in the 3rd quarter. And the lakers outscored them 39-20. Put that under the "that didn't work" category. It was only a 2 point game at half. Has anyone ever heard of Taylor Jenkins? That's the Grizzlies coach. Wonder how long until he's fired? probably coach to the end of the season if they're trying to tank again.
  2. I assume that was the game plan? Not sure if I can understand the strategy. He was 8-9 from the line and 6-16 from the field in the first half. So evidently the strategy became, foul as soon as he touches it because he had one shot from the floor in the 2nd half but took 18 free throws. Dumb
  3. Yep. Thompson, 25 and 13. Drummond 32 and 23. Not a good start.
  4. I missed that. I remember him stepping into an 18 foot jumper, jumped real high and released on the way down for a solid clank.
  5. Good point. Surprised Goga didn't play at all. Guess they figured Drummond might break him. Leaf, as I've said for a while, is just simply not an NBA player. How slow can you be? McDermott. He has one job. Hit jumpers. I bet that dude never misses in practice. I wonder if he doesn't practice at full speed enough? He either looks rushed or he finds himself so open he slow steps in and looks ackward. Wish he would get hot and stay hot. Let's not forget that our possible leading scorer went down hard. Couldn't find any updates.
  6. The little I saw of Celts sixers. Celts were not very good. Maybe missing shots wore on them mentally. I was checking scores early and they were up 22-14.
  7. Drummond destroyed and embarrassed our twin towers. 32 points and 23 rebounds.
  8. The young pacers walked in thinking they were big stuff. Laid an egg to a team that wanted it more.
  9. Fantastic and amazing all things considered. If CTC could have put it all together and had a couple of breaks here or there. Geez, Creek, then Hulls shoulder, Vonleh's heart. That's just a start, the list goes on.
  10. Somebody didn't pay a bit of attention to the scouting report. However he's going to be extremely hard to guard with Shooters surrounding him
  11. He'll be available for cheap next year. I still think he has Lowry capabilities.
  12. That's 2/3 plus Patrick beverly. Ya, this easily the best defensive back court byyyyyy far. Literally the best at the one, the two, and the 3.
  13. I'm in now way shape or form comparing this kid to OG or Oladipo as these guys are key contributors and an all star NBA guys. Only about 400 something of them in the world to be clear. I will remind everyone of how Olidpo shot the ball his sophomore year and then progressed the speed of release as he got better and better.
  14. It is with great sadness that I have to look for a home for my little dude Jay. A 4 year old rat terrier. He's just not comfortable around little kids that are face level. He has nipped towards my 9 month baby boy a few times as well as going after my little niece and cousin. He has never hurt anyone and I don't think he would but I have the momma mandate. I'm hoping to keep him close, either family, neighbors, county, or in this case, Hoosier Nation. Jay is smart as a whip. Loves to chill on the recliner. Can run and jump like a high level track star. He's terrified of storms and fireworks but is a great little companion. 25 lbs. I'm in Cicero, if anyone is seriously interested pm me.
  15. Isn't Garcia ranked like 34th? Would take a mighty jump to become oad.
  16. I'll bet 5 bucks he's going to talk about how he's hearing Hunter is on track and has been playing full contact all summer when coaches aren't around, just like we have heard here from a few of our guys. Last year around this time he bragged for weeks about how he had a long phone conversation with Archie. I doubt he gets that luxury this year.
  17. And yet the new talking point is class size doesn't matter in this day and age.
