The play calling on both sides of the ball is terrible and the way those plays have been ran is worse. This is flat out embarassing.

W in T actual F was that!?  I know you cant gameplan recievers dropping passes that hit them in the hands, but the play calling was horrific, especially in the red zone!  Ive not seen anything outa the OC that gives me any faith in him going forward.  We get to the 1 yard line twice and dont score. That CANT happen!

4-out doesn't have to mean 4 guards/wings or that all 4 "outs" can hit the 3 at a high clip. Banks should come back a very different player, but in a 4 out while it would be great for the "4" to be able to hit 3's, they really just need to be multi-skilled. 

Be able to cut and finish, be able to put the ball on the floor, get by their man and dish or finish, put pressure on the defense from the perimeter, knowing that pressure can come in a variety of ways. 

The issue with Thompson and JG was that they did none of those things. 

If Banks could be a Troy Williams type of player, running the weak side baseline, hitting the occcasional jump shot and using his athleticism to be a force on the offensive boards....that would be huge!

I sure as hell hope not! A long guard with a little bit of attitude that's not affraid to shoot, yes please!  We just need to get him on the floor a little more next year so he doesnt press and try to do too much when he's in.

Id say you need to be at least a legit 6'6" but as with all things there are exceptions. Kinda like "The hot/crazy matrix" but switch hot/crazy with tall/mean.
