Good start. The big to big bounce pass at their feet is still a problem.

Stop turning it over, stop trying to dribble through them, and don't foul three point shooters. That would be a start in the right direction. I miss the days of brick wall screens to put the fear of God in the defense that likes to get into you. Knock their heads off a couple times and see if their D loosens up.

Ugly. IU can barely dribble without turning it over and can't get to a spot before Miami on either end. IU may look back on this season and say if we just had a real PG to fill in for X. Fortunate to be down 5.

Foot speed huge advantage Miami. Spread IU out and beat them to the basket. CMW and staff need to come up with an adjustment fast.

There is nothing new under the sun and especially when it comes to this season's keys to victory for IU. Rebounds and turnovers. Understanding, bad shots where they don't pass, use clock, and force up contested shots for no reason other than lack of patience are really just turnovers. Defense is no different. IU guards consistently hedge over or get caught trying to help down low making it difficult to recover. Teams like Miami can make them pay for it. They should start out staying close outside until Miami can prove they can beat TJD and Race inside. So, TJD, Race and MR need to stay out of foul trouble and control the boards for that to be an option. Go Hoosiers!

The B1G is going to take a lot of criticism again this year, some of it deserved. Not sure how many of those losses were upsets but it is clear there is a lot more parity in the game today regardless of conference.

Poor rebounding and poor offense. The pace is neutral. But so many wasted possessions where they didn't get a shot, blow a close shot at the rim, or just tossed up a crap shot early with a hand in their face. They make the game harder than it needs to be and have all season.
