LOL. Should have saved this one for High Score Friday, I likely wasn't going to get anyone other than Arrieta on Cubs no-no but was expecting it to be around 20%. It was the second square I completed, and it was a sign of things to come. For the 3rd square I did, I figured Jenkins would be about 10% on Cubs 2K. Miscalculation again. The Drabek square takes the cake. WTH? McCutcheon was my last square, and I was in a 'Who gives a flying f@*# at that point

Umpire Joe West wearing an Astros jersey while behind the plate back in 1982. Would have loved to been in the stands for tat one.

I'll be surprised if Galloway doesn't start. -
Give ma a 10. The Grid likes my Carl Furillo answer better than the one @IUFLA gave, even if it is same square.

Having Verlander back won't hurt.

He's starting to put it together. Barring injury, I'm expecting a big year from him.

Reds offense is anemic right now. Hopefully that bomb is enough.

Hopefully, Montana State is on the schedule.

An autographed baseball can be something of value or to display. A selfie can be framed and diplayed, but has little value beyond the person in the photo.

What? You're not inviting Mickey Morandini to the party?

It's Friday, which means High Score Challenge Day I got a 191. Totally drew a blank on Orioles/Twins.

This is right up there with Lou Piniella throwing the base as my favorite ejections of all time. Schwarb's was on Sunday Night baseball, and I was watching. Loved it.

Abbott had thrown 104 pitches. Their isn't a manger in MLB baseball that will leave a guy in after 104 pitches in the 6th inning.

0.6? I see two digits there.

I'm going to temper my expectations. A lot of excitement about new guys coming on board, but new is always exciting, but often disappoints. I dont watch enough basketball outside of the Big Ten to have a good feel for the impact Rice and Ballo will have. What I do know is our best player from last season is going to the NBA. Let's not lose sight of the impact Ware had last season. We were probably a 10-12 win team without him. Mgbako is the key for me. If he can become a Christian Watford type player, IU has a chance to be good. If not, next year may be a little bit better than this past year, but I'm not expecting a conference title or a Sweet 16 run if Mgbako doesnt take a big step forward. New is exciting, but it's also unknown. I'm going to take a wait and see. I always overrate IU at the start of the season. Not going to do that any more.

Born and raised in Indiana. I believe he was like the 5th or 6th oldest living MLB player.

No. But it makes the A's 3 titles and the Reds 2 more impressive.

Your last few words, which I deleted, added a lot of context. What is shown above is what my mind processed the first time.

You're posting before updating the scholarship grid again.
