I would love a no playoff league. Never been a fan of playoff formats. But, it would take some commitment from everyone to keep trying even if they are out of contention

Bad News: I'm going against Cook in KDB's league Good News: I'm not in playoff contention with that team anyway Better News: I have Cook in my ESPN league and I'm trying to hold onto the #1 seed for the playoffs.

I think X is absolutely critical to the success of this team. We will go only as far as his play allows. Rob, however. I don't get it. My eyes tell me that Lander out-performs Rob when given the opportunity. And, by a significant margin.

You're not an IU fan, so stop pretending to be one. We allow posters who are fans of other teams to come over here as long as they don't troll. I outgrew getting kicks out of visiting other team's fan boards to troll about 20 years ago. It truly is a juvenile thing to do.

The staff is not inexperienced. Woody coached in the NBA for how many years? Fife has been on a Big Ten bench for how many years? It was either a well thought out coaching strategy that backfired, or it was a bad coaching strategy to begin with. Inexperience on the bench had nothing to do with it.

The Durr call absolutely totally changed the game. We do not lose the game if that call was correctly made. It wasn't even close to a travel. We still should have won. But, I'm 99.9% certain we do if they don't call travel there.

Mods. This guy obviously is not an IU fan. He comes in and trolls only at the point when the board is most agitated. Even if he is an IU fan (he's not), he brings nothing but garbage to the board. Can we once and for all drop the permanent ban on him?

This game is a case study as to why we, as fans, cannot let ourselves get too emotionally attached to these games. No team will, or can, ever meet 100% of our expectations. I think a lot of IU fans probably checked the box when we were up 22 and never considered the possibility that we could lose. Even many of those that considered it, never really expected it to happen. If you really look at it, though, that lead was built on a level of play that was unsustainable. Factor in that we had to assume that the Kohl Center calls would start to bleed into the game at some point, and, while disappointing, I don't think we can consider this to be surprising.
