  1. I won't buy it until the mass market paperback comes out, but you can be assured it will be first rate.
  2. He was a sophomore last season. I don't worry too much about stats at that age. I don't know, but I bet Vic didn't average any more than 6.6 as a sophomore in high school.
  3. Pass first PG with multiple Ivy League offers. That says good teammate with a good head on his shoulders. Love it!
  4. They've not showed much of him the last hour or so. Earlier, when they were following him, he was visibly frustrated. Not mentally where he needed to be for a good round.
  5. Opening weekend of the baseball season. Second tier golf tournament with no big names on the leader board. And, I am still choosing to watch golf over baseball. Crazy.
  6. Heard you shot an 82 on your course the other day.
  7. California has officially passed New York as the state with the most Covid-19 cases, Florida should pass New York in the next 3-4 days as well.
  8. He said he was dehydrated and drinking water. But, there are to other photos, one where he appears to be texting, and another where he is turned talking to the pother guy. Not saying it is a big deal, because I would not have been wearing a mask if I was sitting with family in an empty stadium either. But, I'm not the face of the disease in this country either.
  9. Throw your current one against the wall?
  10. Admittedly, I don't wear a mask if I'm sitting on the deck with my family. That said, images like this one of Dr. Fauci do not help in the effort to get everyone on board.
  11. https://www.cnn.com/2020/07/23/americas/china-billion-vaccine-latin-america-coronavirus-intl/index.html China looking to profit from Corona.
  12. Social distancing should not be an issue.
  13. Well......He does have a Mask on while out in public.
  14. Gunshot wound to the head is Covid? Someone should lose their job on that one. I found this piece of the story to be very interesting She said of the 581 deaths on the spreadsheet, only 169 deaths are listed as COVID without any contributing factors.
  15. Well, the State of Indiana has been flirting with 1,000 new daily cases for the last couple of weeks. According to Worldometer, the state reported 996 new cases today. But, if you go by the Indiana Department of Health website, it was 1,011. Even though that number is not significantly higher than what we've been seeing, just adding that 4th digit to the number has a psychological effect.
  16. Dustin Johnson's last 3 rounds of golf. +8 +8 +7 He withdrew from this week's event after his +7 round.
  17. @Hoosierhoopster leaving Walmart earlier this week.
  18. The Fouls family vacationed in Northern Michigan, as well as the Upper Peninsula, last week. I will say this. I felt much more comfortable being out in public there than I do here in Southern Indiana. The numbers seem to bear that out when comparing the two states. Part of my comfort was that everyone was in masks. Mandatory mask wearing was already in place there and is not in place in Indiana until next Monday. The other thing was that people just seemed to better understand the concept of social distancing. We visited several tourist spots as well as restaurants, shops, etc. and, as simple as it sounds, people gave you space. Down here, people will still crawl up your back when waiting in line. I don't get it.
  19. The death by auto accidents surprises me as well. I thought for sure those would be way down.
  20. I can't imagine why. He already gets paid 3 times what the other mods do. Pictures of Crester, from what I understand. .
  21. Keet. Since you created the thread, you should be able to do that by editing the first post.
  22. Everyone lines up behind me and UK fans go last.
  23. Agreed, the liability against the manufacturer would be insane for causing 100,000 deaths, but, in my example which has the benefit of hindsight, it would not be a bad thing.
  24. I get that people worry about the side effects. but I look at it this way. Imagine for a second that the vaccine was available in February and somehow the entire U.S. population was vaccinated at that moment. The vaccine itself subsequently kills 100,000 people because of some unforeseen side effects.. Considering 140,000 people have already died from the disease, the vaccine would still have been a 'success', despite the toll it had. Anything that results in fewer people dying is a good thing. Correct?
  25. I would definitely say yes, and quite frankly do not understand why someone would say no.
