Updated list of PPR rankings if you (like most) have their drafts this week.

https://www.fantasypros.com/nfl/rankings/ppr-cheatsheets.php

Couple of names that have climbed up the charts since a few weeks ago. Keenan Allen, Chris Godwin, Moore, Johnson, Aiyuk, Drake London are a few.

Not as much fluctuation in the RB's but there are a couple of sleepers that could be great additions. Won't say those on here because a couple are still available.

Good luck to everyone this year!

Anyone know recovery time for hyper extended knee? Kelce went down today in practice.

I have him in both HSN leagues as well as my ESPN league.  That's the only 3 non-bestball teams I play.  I'm sick to my stomach.

As far as recovery, hyperextensions usually are 1-3 weeks.  But, the label 'hyperextension' is often used before a full evaluation that could reveal something more significant.

Trust me. Kelce is my favorite fantasy player of all time not named Arian Foster. I've got 2 drafts tonight and tomorrow. I pick 11th in both. I'll gladly except him falling to 11th if people are nervous about him missing a few weeks.

Leagues are won in November and December. Not September.

Good move on Gray. I'm not going to do anything yet until I hear more. The funny thing in one league is I took Kelce but Hockenson was still around in the 5th so I grabbed him as well.

I went ahead and made the move because Zeke was getting dropped anyway because I dont have a defense.

If it turns out to be nothing and Kelce plays, i can just drop Gray and pick up a D.  If Kelce does not play, I move him to IR and use his spot for my D.

I figure even if Gray only gets half of Kelce's volume, he could still be a league average fantasy TE.

I went ahead and made the move now in case someone else thought like I did and considered a TE playing for Mahomes, even if it is not Kelce, is as viable an option as any other available TE.

All that said, I really do not expect him to play since it is a Thursday game.  So, grabbing Gray now made sense to me.

Still holding on for my P1 is waiver wire but man it's hard. Few moves I'd like to make. Couple of leagues I'm definitely adding Gray in the very far end of draft because Mahomes loves Gray. If Kelce doesn't play makes the Fanduel entries that much easier this week.

Good luck with things. Kelce will be back in no time. Skyy Moore even said later today I saw him walking off so he seems good.

Went to get Gray in my ESPN league and someone already grabbed him.  At least there, I already had Okonkwo on the bench.  Kelce was my only TE on my two HSN rosters.

Just saw a report that someone on the Chiefs medical staff was heard saying Kelce would likely miss two weeks.

Not sure of the reliability of the source because I'm not sure the Chiefs management would make that sort of info public this soon.

I think good managers pull away then but you have to still be in the battle at that point. Having a first rd pick laid up for multiple weeks isn’t ideal but it just means you need to be healthy in other areas. If you are in a competitive league it’s hard to stay within striking distance with multiple guys out unless you’re in a yahoo generic league. I don’t shy too much away from a guy that might miss a couple weeks but if you are talking 4-5 games…he better come with a major discount in draft capital.

Once players clear waivers and they are FA it shouldn’t count against your waiver priority should it? Guess it depends on the league.

I was already in big on Sky Moore…feeling like my value is only going up!

One year is never like the same. You adjust on the fly. Missing a few weeks for guys is no big deal. For example my draft tonight. Loaded up on guys and took Mostert and Williams late. I'll worry about the stuff in a few weeks.

Good luck. Kelce will be 34 next month. I don’t think he is going to fall off a cliff but I do think this is the first of several games he will be missing going forward. KC would be wise to limit his exposure to make sure he is healthy for the stretch run. They won’t put him in bubble wrap but I do think they will try to limit his usage.

Age is relative.  Take me for instance.  I'm 58, but dont feel a day over 126.

Well Kelce has a lot of wear and tear on that body…he has been the focal point of that offense for a long time…and last year he carried that offense down the stretch. I’m not saying he isn’t capable but man you can only ride a horse for so long before it will fall over dead from exhaustion. They certainly need to use him in key moments but he can’t continue to be the focal point and carry the team week in and out. They have a great qb…let him spread it around and when they need a key 3rd down or 2 min  drill/red zone I get it…but they need to find a way to get him off the field more this year and still be productive in his absence.

Noted orthopedic specialist Jason Kelce has said he thinks his brother will be good to go for Thursday night if they get the swelling down on the knee.  Jason seemed to indicate it was a bone bruise.

For sure he can play with a bone bruise, how effective he will be... there's the question.

I don't know. I know injuries and stuff happens but if someone is active on wire and possible trades you can always make a run. I've never subscribed to the season is over in September...just makes you work harder.

It's pretty tough to overcome an 0-4 start 🤷‍♂️

Of course anything can happen in fantasy, but you're trying to give yourself the widest margin possible and giving away games early while you nurse a bunch of injuries just makes it tougher on you.

One of the downsides of going Kelce/Mahomes in both HSN leagues is that it caused me to shy away from Pacheco.  I really believe he's in for a breakout year.  That said, the Kelce injury may initially help McKinnon if Mahomes looks to funnel some of Kelce's targets to the backfield.

On the Detroit side of things for tomorrow night, I absolutely love Amon-Ra.  Don't have him in either HSN league, but I do in my ESPN league.  Amon-Ra, Chubb, and Kelce are probably my 3 favorite fantasy players.  Unfortunately, no Chubb for me this season.

Sticking with Detroit, I'm really interested in seeing how the backfield shakes out,  While Gibbs has a bright future, I can't help but think Montgomery is going to be just as valuable, if not more in Fantasy this season.  I don't think the split last year with Swift and J. Williams was an accident.  Gibbs may move the ball between the 20's, but Montgomery will get the bulk of the work near the goal line.

NFL radio said bad bone bruise and they can't get the swelling down, maybe looking at 3-4 weeks. The only report i've heard, dont have him in any league. JT different story, have in 3 leagues.
