I'm sure that the crowd will be vocal and loud. If Fran tries any of his BS at SSAH, he'll get run out of the building. IU needs to find its inner dog and take it to the Hawks for 40 minutes. Hawks escaped last time and Race got injured. We lost to them in B1GT last year in a well played game. We have plenty of reasons for wanting to bite their heads off. Remember this team started playing their best at end of last season. The Perkins elbow to Jalen's face that drew a foul on... Jalen? The tech on Geronimo for throwing the ball to the referee... The non-tech on Jackass Fran after they'd called one on him... Of course the officiating crew of Larry Scrotum, Moe Szelc, and Curly Green ran that circus... I know Woody and the fellas will remember that hose job... tdhoosier Posted February 28, 2023 Report Share Posted February 28, 2023 If X doesn’t come back or at least dress for this game, I’m beginning to think that we won’t see him at all for the rest of the season. One of the IUBB podcasts/shows was saying that IU can appeal his injury red shirt status. IF they can and succeed, do we, X, Woody, etc. want a 50% XJ playing 10 minutes a game for a very limited amount of games and possibly disrupt our flow right now, or for him to come back and be the man next season? Sure that last statement relies on a lot of assumptions.
