Geez, these refs are amazingly horrendous.

TJD elbows Reece in the face, which should have been offensive, but they call a defensive foul. But, they don't want to foul out Reece, so they call the defensive foul on a guy that had nothing to do with the play and touched nobody.

You can't make up how bad these refs are.

Just now, HoosierDom said:

He's hitting a shot in the post and grabbing a lose ball that saves us. Sophomore Malik is almost certainly better than 6th year Race, but freshman Malik is not.

He screwed up but when it matter most he stopped the bleeding and did what had to be done.

Scott actually hit TJD on the arm on that shot prior to the contact. Wasn’t much but he touched him.

Massive pet peeve of mine when after the other team scores, Race walks to the ball and then tosses it to the ref to toss back to him. All that does is allow the defense to set their press up.

Is someone telling him to do that? He did it under Archie too.

You're clearly right, but at the same time, they did that right. As a general rule, if a guy has 4 fouls, at least 2 of them are questionable, so I'm all for the refs putting them on guys who aren't in foul trouble. Fouling guys out is refs putting a big stamp on the game, and it's often arbitrary, I'm all for them trying to mitigate that.
