I’m worried about that too after watching the game. I don’t think we’ve really doubled anyone this season have we? My memory might be off on that but I think we may see some of that against Edey. I could see Cupps being a pest and coming up with a couple of steals that way. I agree on Sparks… I was actually gonna mention I’m surprised that we didn’t see any of him last night. I’m certainly not gonna complain about the shortened rotation but I thought he could’ve battled with Payne down low.

Oh I’m certainly not saying Mgbako was any better on defense. I wasn’t necessarily using it as rationale for voting for Mgbako, just responding to a comment that I noticed the same thing. Maybe that’s better suited for the post game thread than this one though

That stuck out to me as well… overall really solid game for Ware but he just isn’t quite strong enough to stop some guys down low.

I think because he went to the bench… which I’m not really a fan of. I don’t care what our players do, fans shouldn’t react that way IMO.

I’m not necessarily calling for a coaching change… but I’d like to see someone bring some fire to this program like CCC has brought to football. It’s inexcusable honestly.

Woodson has to figure something out. This is incredibly frustrating to watch.

I won my 8 team league this year so I’ll be drafting at the 8-9 spots. I’m targeting St. Brown for sure. I snagged him late second round last year and he was a league winner for me. Don’t know who else I’ll target but I like AJ Brown and Breece Hall at that spot too if I can get them.

I may be in the minority here but I thought we looked pretty bad. We’re lucky we’re only down one. Obviously rebounding is an ongoing issue but we also look completely clueless defending any screen action. Nobody is ever on the same page. It seems like half the time we end up with either two guys guarding the ball or nobody guarding the ball. “Communication” has been the excuse all season, but to me it’s on the coaches if it’s still happening half way through the season.

The hook and hold is irrelevant imo because it was after Edey elbowed him in the face.

2 week championship for me also. Gotta bench Rice and Kelce this week. Putting McBride and hopefully Josh Jacobs at flex if he’s healthy. If not, it’ll be Waddle or Achane. Having 4 guys with limited snaps this week isn’t ideal (Ford and Flowers are the other two).

I won’t be upset if a handful of guys leave this offseason… PLEASE get some guys who have an understanding of the game and how to play it.

We need more guys like Walker. He just makes basketball plays. He may not be a great scorer but he puts himself in positions to score and impact the game in other ways.

True, but we keep giving them easy reach in fouls to call. They may be ticky tacky fouls but they’re legit. I just don’t understand how our guys keep doing it knowing that they’re in the bonus

Him and Gallo are total opposites. Trey is always looking to attack the lanes, which is what we need from our guards
