  1. How the f is that a block? Sure it was a flop lol but that's a textbook charge
  2. Yeah he's a liability right now
  3. Gotta have cutters when we post Ware on Edey. He's just not strong enough to go at him 1 on 1
  4. Offense looks good so far... gotta try to limit their offense. Easier said than done
  5. Anyone planning on going to the Pacers Warriors game tomorrow in Indy to watch TJD?
  6. The Kansas game in particular sticks out to me. I know Trey had a really good game in that one. There was a lot of similar action in that clip you shared. The Kansas game didn’t end up how we wanted but it was arguably one of the better games we’ve played this season.
  7. I almost brought up using more zoom action a couple weeks ago. Earlier in the season we were really successful getting Trey into that zoom action and DHO’s but I seemed like we got away from that and opted for a more stagnant “throw it into Malik” approach. Not sure how accurate my memory is on that but that’s how it felt to me. This action so much more dynamic and a lot harder to guard.
  8. Thanks for the info. Funny thing about the streaming series… I went to go watch it thinking I was watching the first season. I somehow made it halfway through the final episode of the second season before I realized it wasn’t the first season. Not my brightest moment lol
  9. Yeah just like last year there’s insane group of mediocrity in the middle of the conference. There’s really only 3 good teams and the rest are either terrible or NIT level good. I could see Northwestern or Nebraska (if they get some road wins) squeaking their way into the tournament I guess.
  10. You know as much as we seem to suck lately and as disappointing of a season as it’s been, we’re still (miraculously) only 1 game back from 4th place.
  11. Nebraska interestingly has the biggest home/away differential it looks like. Which makes their 6-0 record at home in conference and 0-6 record on the road in conference make a lot of sense.
  12. Correct me if I’m wrong but you have read them all correct? Did you read them all in order? Thinking about getting into the series
  13. Same here except I'll be playing basketball instead. Rather have fun and get some exercise than watch in agony
  14. Can't please everyone but at least someone appreciated it haha. We better get back on topic now...
  15. Using the tool @Maedhros mentioned, I found a couple mid major guys that can really shoot from deep based on stats. Koby Brea from Dayton and Erik Reynolds II from St. Joe's are two guys that stood out. Brea doesn't start but gets starter minutes (27 mpg)... could be a good bench piece behind Gallo? He's in his fourth season currently but he is listed as a Jr These two play head-to-head tomorrow night at 8 on CBSSN if anyone wants to watch.
  16. My post was only a joke... not to be taken seriously. And far from grumbling lol
  17. It’s really nice to see Mgbako expand his game lately. Still a lot to improve on (especially defensively) but he’s no longer just a three point threat. He’s able to drive and work in the post against smaller defenders. He’s progressed a lot in a couple months
  18. Can’t help but wonder what the conference says about the Purdue game (especially after last night). I’d have to guess they don’t see an issue with it since we see the same thing game after game
  19. Didn’t even realize he was still playing in college.. forgot how young he was. And after looking at the stats like @13th&Jackson mentioned, I’d be more than fine with it
  20. Lmao, seriously. And then he tried to play the tough guy act for 2 seconds
