Pierces film is very applicable to the spots the Colts will have Alec in.
All of the RPOs are read routes between running a slant/fade.
This is kinda why I'm arguing a little. You see more of this than I ever do so I appreciate that kind of feedback.

Bell was B1G WR of the year. He has the bar set incredibly high.
I was only comparing on the speed part of Bell.

His film shows a fast version of David Bell 🤷♂️
Bell ran a 4.65 so Bell sets that bar really low.

I hear you guys on 4.41, but none of the videos show him beating people deep. It's all physical catch stuff.

Yes I'm patting myself on the back from yesterday. Pierce is going to be a stud for this offense. Good for the Colts. I wanted him with my Bears.
He runs away from no one. He's got very little wiggle. He's a big, physical guy, who catches everything. But everything I see says he route running needs a lot of work. I don't know...struggling with this one...

Very interesting graphic. For those that never saw Dan Marino play coupled with the way the rules and the game have changed…that 1984 season he had…incredible.

It won't work. Woody is doing a great job recruiting but unless he moves away from his NBA ways he'll never have the kind of success here that most expect.

Don't get too excited Btwon! We still mired pretty far down there. But u right we have the hitting just need some pitching.
@btownqbmentioned how young we are. Maybe we are starting to see some growth?

Jay Wright is apparently retiring.
Woody may wanna pump the breaks on filling that 13th scholarship, could see a lot of good players transfer out.
Already being discussed on the college hoops across the nation thread. Just an FYI.

IU wins 10-3.

I didn't say he shouldn't but it could effect IU or any other school having to wait. If we had like 3 openings it wouldn't matter but right now we only have 1 available. I just don't see any big guys committing right now because if TJD and Race comes back they won't come.
Trust the coaching staff. I’m sure they know more than anyone here does and have enough information to plan properly.

Hey BTown, did you hear about that 8-man football being introduced
I’ve been hearing rumors about this for a couple of years. Is there anything that says this is definitely coming or is it just getting more of a push from some areas?

Rumors are picking up that Butler is making a change in the coming days.
I was just told that Thad Matta will be the new AD and the new coach will be Jeff Boals from Ohio.

Nebraska's Bryce McGowens has declared for the NBA draft. As expected.

Just a guess: I think we will need to replace our entire front court besides Geronimo.
Does that include Duncomb, or are you just talking about the guys who played this year?

Is he the type of big that. Woodson want. He seems like a back to the basket post who isn't that athletic. I think the same thing about the big guy from Winthrop that has been brought up.
I thought the exact same thing, but curious what others like in him.

He shoots 38% from the 3 at 6’9? Nice.
Did he grow? I thought I saw he is 6’7?
-
Yep. They really broke out in the early part of the second quarter and then opened the second half by hitting 8 of their first 9 shots I think.
-
6’9 who averaged .4 blocks and 4.5 rebounds? In that conference? I hope we can do better.
Yes, I’m being very judgmental without having ever watched him play and only looking at some stats.

A friend who frequents another IU site told me to look this young man up. He's a 6'5 wing from the Pittsburgh area who is apparently blowing up. He only has a couple of offers, but IU, Pitt, Kentucky, Marquette, and West Virginia have been looking at him. I guess he visited for the Wisconsin game. Here is an article from our friend at the Daily Hoosier
Has anyone heard anything here? Do we have real interest or just doing due diligence?
Sorry if there was already a thread on him somewhere.
