I don’t mind UNC, but I’d love to see Duke struggle for the next 20-25 years. I really want some of these teams to realize it’s not that easy to just replace a great coach and move on.

Glen Campbell was one of my Dad's favorites, and I loved his music too...This was Dad's favorite song, and mine too, when I was about 12...I think he's a very underappreciated musician...
And since I'll be seeing a BUNCH of these today at the Houston Rodeo...
He is definitely underrated.
My favorite may be I’m Not Gonna Miss You. After seeing someone with Alzheimer’s that song took on a new meaning.

We need Kopp to start playing more selfishly. Unless he’s passing for a wide open dunk, he should not be passing up a good look from 3. Same for Galloway.
He’s great at taking a shot fake and dribble, but sometimes it seems like he’d be better just taking the shot.
I’m glad he had a good one today. He’s solid all around and I think that gets forgotten sometimes.

Newton, Banks and Gunn with Cupp. That will be a 4-guard look with size but who will be the 5? I think in 2 years those guys will be nice.
Reneau?
I may be way off, but he seems to have the skill to be the big in a B10 offense.

That’s three losses!
I like that attitude.
I don’t want to be ‘that guy’ but officiating in Evanston actually got IU and PU fans in the same page.

Someone here mentioned the podcast 60 songs that made the 90s about Long December by Counting Crows.
I started listening to it and I’d highly recommend it to anyone interested in 90s music.

Not sure if it fits here but Iowa won at Nebraska. Not surprising but it would’ve been nice to get a little buffer.

I looked a few places and didn’t see this posted so putting it here. Currently the top number for seed and that was before today’s W.
And the top 4 seed at that.
When is the last time we talked about seeding in February?

I got my wife the Berger crew neck for Christmas. It’s pretty cool. Teri Moren wore it on the sidelines of a game which is absolutely genius marketing.
I wish they’d just sell general IU stuff that went to the players.- 1

Had 32 points on 13-13 shooting last night. 14 rebounds in a game at packed/sold out Anderson. Anderson scored first 10 points of the game and lost by 17. Bidunga had 9 dunks as well. Teams just don't have an answer for that size.
Is that good?

I went to Winterfest over the weekend at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. It's a fundraiser for the Brewers of Indiana Guild and about 90 breweries from all over the state were in attendance. I made it a point to try some of the brewers that don't make it to Indy. Some of my favorites were Fran, an Old Ale from Damsel brewing out of Evansville, and Market Street Amber, an Altbier brewed by Parlor City out of Bluffton. I tasted over 20 different beers, and there were far more hits than misses. Really fun event.
Beer festivals are always a ton of fun. We have a few across the river in Louisville I’ve been to.
Parlor City is a cool place. We’ve gone there a few times when when we visit my parents.

Press and hope the refs don’t call it super tight.
Calling it super tight goes both ways. That could be trouble for Edey and he’s what sets Purdue apart from everyone else.

I paired last night's Indiana win with a brew from Avery called One Ping Only, which is just a fantastic name for a Russian Imperial Stout.
I picked one up this morning for the game. I agree with you on the cherry. It does a really good job of cutting some of the sweetness and alcohol you can get in these strong beers.

I haven’t seen it posted here, but apparently a Purdue fan got Woody to make a cameo wishing Matty P good luck on his big game Saturday. I’m assuming Woody doesn’t realize who the Matty P here is, but they think it’s pretty hilarious. Nothing funnier than spending $130 to have your rivals coach look like a cool guy.

It might be an odd week in terms of betting, IU might be underdogs against Maryland on Tuesday, but Home favorites against Purdue on Saturday
Unrelated but I made some money getting plus odds on KU at UK with this

It’s a bold strategy that’s for sure. MSU always used to have those tough bigs that would make it tough on you defensively but they haven’t had guys like that in awhile it seems like.
I thought it was bold the first time you played. Now it seems like he’s trying the same thing and expecting different results.

I don’t disagree, but during one of the mic’d up sessions Holtman got asked “would you want us calling that on you?” about something Race or TJD did down low, I think loving screens fall into a similar category. You could call something on a lot of screens, but they typically only do on really egregious moving screens.
I thought the miced up stuff was interesting.
I’d actually like to see more of that.- 2

You might be right. 70 points and 33 rebounds in 2 games against them this year lol.
TJD had 31, 15, 4a, and 5b in the first game against them.
I really think Izzo is taking his chances letting 1 big dominate the game and is 0-3 doing it.- 1

Careful, the government will be coming for your charcoal grill next!!
I did all of that last month. Unfortunately all the charcoal grills I have were lost in a boating accident.

I’m late, but I think the key to brisket is the rest. Temperature doesn’t really matter, so you have to go by feel. When it’s done you let it cool down to around 150 wrapped in foil and hold it at that temp for 12 hours or so. That is what the big time bbq places in Texas do from what I hear.
