These businesses owners are making less, getting buy with fewer employees and, in many cases, shutting down. My wife is a dentist. Her fees are negotiated by insurance companies which are actually lowering her reimbursement despite the rising costs of PPE and labor. She pays her assistant double what it was 2 years ago. She has to pay more than what Target will pay someone. My wife will make substantially less despite working more. Remember, small business are the lifeblood of the economy and employ more than the big businesses. When they shut down, many families suffer as a result.

I read that some Southwest pilots maybe using sick days before they get fired for refusing to be vaccinated. This sounds logical and makes sense to me. Nothing coordinated, just a collection of individuals making their own decisions. Southwest appears to be thinly staffed and behind on their 2021 hiring. It wouldn't take much of a shortage to cascade into bigger problems as they are unable to get crews where they are needed.

That is a big issue that is not getting much attention. I'm not sure if it is everywhere, but I believe employers are legally required to pay employees for staying home with Covid. My wife was very concerned she would be liable for an employee that got Covid, even if not from the workplace, and due to quarantining, have to shut down for a week.

Not sure why you find that interesting. I think the consensus is that the virus was engineered at the WIV, not as a bioweapon (although that may be the case, there is currently no basis to conclude that as Ebright states), and likely escaped accidentally. That is where the preponderance of evidence points. I also would like an investigation- one to include Fauci, Daszak and Collins as they were actively involved.

His constant TV appearances since only reinforce that. A global pandemic that transformed our world and killed so many was a small price to pay. Was he a prophet or a planner?

At the same time, you will only be convinced by evidence that will likely never be forthcoming. As far as retaliation, I'd hope there would be a preponderance of evidence before such anything major in that regard. However, using my scale, there is enough for some basic trade / political measures.

I bolded some key points. I saw somewhere else 74% of deaths are from those with diabetes and or obesity. The combination of those 2 factors are particularly bad. Doctors are speaking out about why obesity is not being mentioned more as a contributing factor- especially among the younger people.

Since China is control of the evidence (lab), there will never be indisputable evidence in your mind. However, if you add up all of the other valid evidence- the defector (have you read that first hand report?), intelligence reports, scientific papers from the WIV scientists, the design of the virus, the behavior of China (frontrunning PCR tests, protective gear, obfuscating the investigation), and so much more, it becomes abundantly clear that the virus was manipulated by the Chinese (with monetary support from the US).
