  1. Third-and-long with a backup to be in. How about a run up the middle?
  2. Looked like the defender yanked his head back. Penic reached for his helmet before going down. Face mask?
  3. A TD here will be a major swing in momentum. We'll be right back in the game
  4. PSU has done a good job running outside and throwing screens. We need some of that to get out in space
  5. We weren't trying to score on that drive. Sad.
  6. With them getting the ball to start the second half we need some points this drive to stay in the game
  7. They said Penix had something going on with his left leg which is why Tuttle was warming up
  8. Their big runs have been bounced to the outside
  9. If you can't convert a fourth + 1 on the road against a good team to win a game you probably aren't going to win that game
  10. I thought he was stopped well short of the first down there
  11. That was my first thought but there was a linebacker right in front of him waiting.
  12. Just got home and turned the game on after listening to the start on radio. The D is going to have to create something for our O if we are going to have much of a chance
  13. Another therapeutic- https://www.cbsnews.com/news/covid-19-pill-merck-cut-deaths-hospitalizations/
  14. Exactly. Are all of the University employees going to get free housing and meals and free classes? Get a job in the dining hall and get those perks?
  15. I think making athletes employee is a terrible idea. Are they going to qualify for benefits? Disability insurance? I guess you could say they are seasonal or part time employees but is that really the case? I see this doing nothing but creating confusion-and lawsuits.
  16. The UK experienced its Delta wave before we did. They are probably a good canary in the coal mine. Now 87% of new hospitalizations in Wales are from the vaccinated. This does not match what we were told would happen (vaccines prevent covid and if you catch it, it will keep you out of the hospital). Seems like we are on the way to seeing that here? https://gov.wales/covid-19-wales-situational-report-24-september-2021
  17. I'll save you the trouble - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/767230486515105705/?amp_client_id=aHarIlc9uTJOQg-FndmaEvcJmnluw0UclYyKmG32SqBWj5jXhspS-cKR4wCnPqdm&mweb_unauth_id=8e2ccd520eb843e0b144a0c7c3bfabe8&simplified=true&amp_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pinterest.com%2Famp%2Fpin%2F767230486515105705%2F&amp_analytics=1*1ujee59*cid*YUhhcklsYzl1VEpPUWctRm5kbWFFdmNKbW5sdXcwVWNsWXlLbUczMlNxQldqNWpYaHNwUy1jS1I0d0NuUHFkbQ..
  18. I posted the article below earlier. It's beginning to look like the effectiveness of the vaccines, in preventing Covid AND turning into severe cases wanes over time.
  19. Once again, I think the issue is why not follow the science? Do you agree that natural antibodies are just as effective, and possibly much more effective, that the vaccine? Likely to last much longer and cover a wider variety? Why doesn't a positive antibody test carry the same weight as a vaccine card? Hell, the vaccine card could be fake for all you know. These frontline workers that had Covid have immunity. Viral loads seem to be higher in the vaccinated so is it at least possible that those with natural immunity could be safer to the patient than someone who only received a vaccine? This seems rather logical to much of the population. Europe accepts antibodies as equal to vaccination. Why don't you, or your health system? It is the decisions by the NBA and healthcare systems like yours to fire needed, qualified workers that raise suspicions that all is not above board.
  20. Good article discussing issues facing the supply chain- https://www.cnn.com/2021/09/29/business/supply-chain-workers/index.html
  21. The NBA is not paying the unvaxxed and not even letting them eat with vaccinated players. A sign of what is to come elsewhere? If a player has natural immunity, I'd think they would have a good legal argument to challenge that. https://apnews.com/article/coronavirus-pandemic-nba-business-sports-health-34d44889f90e252dd74fb7fd128a0759
