    Halftime show: A-

Tough critic. Thought it was good.

Agree! I thought it started out slow, then the Usher got better. It's funny, several of my HS students thought thought the halftime show was terrible. I asked why and they said they didn't recognize most of his songs. lol

They weren't born in the 90's or early 2000's...

Last night was an all time classic game. We were really pretty poor for 2.5Qs and then we finally found a way to string some stops together.

    CMM is a beast 10p 11r 10a

    Garzon was really good.

We had 25 assists to 10 TOs

MSU was 12-18 from 3 and we were still able to find a way.

Check out Austin Render on the girls radio!! I've been listening to him for 2-3 years during IU baseball games, and I know this isn't something I should bring up, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if Austin replaces Don Fischer, eventually.

Here's a cool one, I get home from a meeting last night right at half time. As I walked in, my wife was already watching the game on Peacock! lol I said, "Wow...., you already have it on and she said, Yep, I've been watching the whole game!" What a wife!....🥰

Ok, let's say soon after the first subpar year... Painter had a mid career stretch that would have gotten him canned at IU. Hummel said it during the Wisconsin game that IU fans needed to be more patient and let the culture develop beyond one mediocre or bad season.

I, personally, think Coach Woodson is guilty of one thing this year... Trusting that his senior leaders would actually lead. One hasn't because of immaturity and injury, and the other is inconsistent in his play. I was encouraged by what Trey did against Ohio State, but he's got to be more consistent.

I think Trey and Anthony need to put their heads together and "bottle up" whatever was said or happened at Ohio state and ride with it the rest of the year. Like Coach Woodson has said every game some has to step up and lead. He can tell them what he wants, but they have to believe it, want it and make it happen on the floor.....

Obviously Trey was fed up at half time at OSU and made an executive decision pull the team together and make them believe. This was similar to what TJD did last year when he was tired of he and the team getting pushed around. We could be looking at that very moment as the catalyst to somewhat saving our season. We will see.

Guys. Holy shit. You don't know what Armond Hill does during games. You don't know what he does during practice. You didn't even know he was, or what he had accomplished, until someone jumped in to tell you. Yet you're throwing rocks at the guy and questioning his worth just because you saw his face on screen a few times when the cameras switched to Woodson. Literally out there catching strays. Some of y'all are so invested in your own discontent you're now making up ways to be upset about this staff.

    This! ^^^

    Three things I will note:

    1. I was lucky enough to see the score for the PSU game by accident and then opted not to subject myself to watching the game.

    2. The women's team is infinitely more enjoyable to watch at this point.

    3. I wish our men could shoot the 3 like the women do.

    This! ^^^^

We hearing anything at all on X or Malik?

I was poking around on Peegs and someone posted they heard through a back channel that both injuries were minor and not long term. The poster went on to say he was told that MR could probably come back in later in the second half but was told to stay off the foot for precautions. It's not my info, I just repeated what was heard/posted on a Peegs thread just now.

There is no such thing as big ten officials. These officials are sub contractors and work many different conferences

...Ok, thanks for making me feel like an idiot!

.....then the same ones who we call BIGTEN officials who are constantly called out for poor officiating in both BIGTEN football and basketball.....

Win a close game, come to IU site for validation. Adorable.

Exactly,.....they are wanting to see how many people are bi*ching about Purdue's team and Edey's foul discrepancy.

You can't tell me that Purdue fans and even the players are like,.... "Wow, I can't believe they didn't call a foul on that.....!!" Every game seems to be like the players are untouchable....

Last night’s officiating crew should be suspended immediately! They even missed the last play when Jones clearly hooked the NW player before he fell down out of bounds…and yes, a foul on NW.

Just wait until the tournament when they’re up against a SEC or an ACC officiating crew…they’re toast.

I was talking to one of my colleagues at school who's an IU fan and mentioned the shocking foul disparity. We both agreed about how poorly the BIGTEN officiating has been over the last several year with all teams. They seem to always look really good with BIGTEN officials, but when they start the NCAA tourney they look like different team. I will credit (non-BIGTEN) officials for having something to do with that.

"Purdue doesn't foul" and "Purdue doesn't get called for fouls" are two very different things. I believe you on the latter. But you're not going to convince me the FTR discrepancy from last night at all reflects reality. This conference officiates on a curve based on reputation, a hypothesis any fan base can validate for themselves when their team visits the Kohl Center. Congrats one being one of the lucky ones, I guess. Let's see how that works out for you in the Tournament... again.

....the two Purdue guys always posting on here, both seem civil and respectful, but good grief.....SMH

I hope CJ and Kaleb are taking notice... The way into the court under Mike Woodson is through practicing hard and carrying it over to games...

You and I both have posted on here time and time again about Leal's potential to help this team. Many posters on here didn't give Leal the time of day and often spoke of him sort of as a novelty.

I hope we see a lot more of Leal in some capacity from here on out.
