Warren will be playing sooner rather than later. He was playing with the rest of the team at the Pacers facility a couple days ago. The report about his stress fracture looks to be purely precautionary. As for Sumner that's a bad break but he wasn't guaranteed to be in the rotation. It definitely hurts their depth though.

How many times is Wentz going to get hit this week against the Rams? I've got a feeling it's going to be several after the way the Colts O line played last week.

Reds are done. The organization wasn't committed to winning and their holes in the roster are showing down the stretch. Not to mention players aren't performing as well as they were. September Wade Miley has struck again, Guti has hit a rookie wall, and the other starting pitchers have been inconsistent all year.

The guy that shared that info is well connected to the athletic department and said he had more info he was withholding out of respect for his source. IU is in a great spot.

It's late in the season. Miley has had injuries in the past and they can't afford to lose him at this point in the season. That wasn't an analytical decision that was the smart decision. Not every decision Bell makes is analytical contrary to popular belief. Especially with a 3 run lead. Yes, the bullpen has been bad most of the year but they've got guys that should be able to get 6 outs and they did. The Reds WON and that's what matters. They gave up a couple of solo home runs because Lorenzen was working on some pitches that haven't been effective for him this year.

It just depended on the game. My point I was originally trying to make was that he only would play in a quarter or two most nights. He would likely be there starting 5 this year if he plays but as of this summer it didn’t sound like he was going to but who knows. I do think he’d be a really good pickup for IU football though.

He never scored 47 points in a game. 47 points was his season total. He scored 5 against Herron. New Pal is in my schools conference and we played them this summer too. I know New Pal quite well. I also know why he didn't play JV but I'm not getting into that.

I was speaking in general. He played in 18 varsity basketball games and averaged 2.6 ppg. In most games he'd play a minute here or there but would sit the majority of the game.

Actually he sat the bench on varsity all year and didn’t play jv. The talk this summer was that he probably wasn’t going to play basketball this year.

The Tigers were on fire tonight. That just happens sometimes. Hoffman has been pretty good overall if you look at his numbers since he moved to the pen. Shogo is still on the team because of his contract. The other two are just wasting roster space.

The Reds should skip his next start but unfortunately they can’t afford to do that right now.

Nice build already for a Sophomore in HS. Smart for IU to get him on campus early in case he blows up in the coming months which is very possible especially since he's from right there in IU's backyard.

With guys like that you have to look at how long they've been in college. In a lot of cases guys aren't going to stay longer than 5 years at most. Kopp I could see coming back possibly. Race I doubt stays in college for 6 years.

Durr was a 2 year transfer so unless he's just tired of playing or wants to go over seas he'll likely be back.
