Frankly, I didn't see much difference this week between Fields and Jalen Hurts.

Is Kamara any relation to Alvin?

About the game-- We won. No style points earned. Don't care about metrics now. Most impressive aspect of the game was holding Morehead St. to 4 points over the last 8:47 minutes. About this thread-- I feel like I am in Bizarro World. - After multiple games where this board has complained about not getting calls, we now have folks complaining that we got the benefit of the refs' whistles. - @IU Scott is admitting he's human - @Indykev is one of the more positive posters in the thread

The Citadel beats Notre Dame by 20. The Irish poured in 45 points tonight. That’s what a bad loss looks like. -

Does this reduce what we owe him?

I am not a Bears fan, but fwiw Fields showed a lot of improvement once they got him some weapons. Specifically Moore, but with Kmet growing as well. If they draft wisely, and surround him with more talent, I would take Fields with 3 years experience under his belt before starting over with any of the quarterbacks slotted to be drafted in the 1st round this year. Do you, as Bears' fans, really want to go through the growing pains of another do over at quarterback? Get Fields either MHJr, or the next best receiver, and some O-line help and let him develop further.

QB Kurtis Rourke Commits to Indiana
Steubenhoosier replied to KDB's topic in General Football Discussion
Rourke is from Canada, and was considered the #1 draft prospect for the CFL had he decided to go that route. His brother is a qb as well, had played in the CFL and now with the Jaguars. Still tbd if Kurtis plays for Ohio in their bowl game tomorrow v Georgia State. -

Lost more than a little respect for Mahomes and Reid based on their actions and comments after yesterday’s game. Mahomes came across as a whiny, entitled little boy. For Reid to say that it was an embarrassment to the league for the game to be decided how it was… and that he wasn’t given warning from the referee that Toney was offside. Actually, the embarrassment should be on a professional athlete who can’t line up correctly. Man up and accept that you lost the game. Get better and you won’t find yourselves in the situation you were in. Pressure getting to KC and their reactions under adversity are telling.

Who bet the over in the Vikings-Raiders game?
-
Yep , his subbing patterns caused them any chance at this game. Came out very strong and as soon as he put the second guys in, en masse, all momentum was lost. Horrible all around but I put this one on CMW.
