I have a lot of catching up to do from the weekend. But I am on board. You cant lose to to PSU at home by 14. The loss isn't as big as the 14. I will not say Woody failed, or was a failure. It's just time to move on.

I'm amazed that you still come here to complain and argue about Purdue. Reading comprehension is pretty important when posing an argument. No one on here said they have to be even, just that 8 free throw attempts to 46 is egregious.

No, I think the 6 missed calls/game is really good, but I dont believe the number. I would love to sit in these meetings to see what they are saying. Does this include every play where a foul wasn't called and should have been? Or is it just when the whistles were blown and anything egregious outside of that? This is where I am more concerned. There are more than 6 missed calls per game, at least for how I would want the games to be called. Meaning, the bigger issue is that the B1G doesn't see a problem in general with how the games are officiated. So nothing will change.

Now that has me more concerned. It's a bigger issue than just the officials.

fair enough. wonder how often that happens, head officials of games or just the third guy? Do the head officials travel interleague like that? IDK just seems like the B1G is officiated differently, and i figured most of that was from the continuity of the officials.

I agree with this in part. I even is there arent B1G officials and they are subcontractors. The still use the same officials from the same pool. 1 ref is not going to officiate an SEC game on Monday, B1G on Tuesday, ACC Wednesday. The same officials are used, they have these built in pre conceived notions and perceptions that carry over from game to game. The home court does has some impact IDK how much that is though.. But that doesnt explain when Edey goes on the road and gets the same coddling. or XJ being reviewed the other night that was not even close to being needed. I think their are coaches that can work officials better than others.

That sounds great, but i would think some NIL deals are, at least in part tied to presence of social media. I know I see posts all of the time with some player advertising something.

you're not helping your credibility cause by complaining the refs should have called more fouls in favor of Purdue. TKR portion gets cut off. defender seems to be hands up. Edey part... shove is exaggerating. he's riding his back. this is typical when a shot goes up. nothing burger.

i could be WAAAAAAY off base here, but i think perception carries way too much weight from game to game within the conference. When tournament time comes, the officials dont give a rat's tushy about perception, and that's a part of the demise of Purdue, and really the conference within the tournament.

hahahahahaha that doesnt make it any better. I think that should have been a flagrant with the video. The defender has a right to that space, and actually stood his ground. Edey couldn't move him. He took his off arm, not attached to the ball making a basketball move and elbowed the dude in the head. BTW Edey's amazing footwork. he took 7 steps and moved a foot for a semi fall away shot.
