A loss tonight followed by the mud stomping we'll likely recieve at Purdue on Saturday, and it could've completely deflated any remaining confidence in this team. Loved Leal stepping up again. Hope he has more of these down the home stretch. Liked seeing the team push the tempo off rebounds, which allowed some easier offense. Need to continue to hit the boards hard like tonight. They are 14-9. If they finish 20-14 by going 2-1 in big ten tourney zero chance they make tourney. If they finish 21-13 it’s a bubble situation. If they finish 22-12 or 23-11 I think they have to be in because they reward teams for playing good late. They need to win every home game. Then lose just Purdue and MAYBEEE Minn. I mean the committee is a little different every year, but 2 years ago our BTT wins hardly moved the needle. We all thought they'd' have moved us to like a 10 and we were the last team in. I think we need to beat Purdue and Wisconsin and have 20 wins at the end of the regular season, then win a couple in the tournament.
