Thats rough man.  I don't know how people function after going through something like that.  I pray for protection over my wife and kids everyday and thank God for them.

We had 3 miscarriages trying to start our family over a 4 year period...none that far along but each time it was like a few weeks longer and longer and it was agonizing. Words can't express what I'm sure Ryan and his family is going through. It is extremely extremely hard...especially hard on my wife. Only by God's grace and much prayers and reading and trusting in his word were we able to move forward through all that. We went to specialist and got info and discussed it many times if we should try again or adopt. Then we got pregnant (not planning it) before we made a final decision to try one more time and had no complications for our beautiful healthy baby girl. Now that she is here I don't know how parents who lose their children after holding them and raising them could get the strength to move forward without God's grace. Just nothing in this world can compare to that kind of love and loss....but I have a God that made such a painful sacrifice for me and he is there to give me strength when I have none. God bless them...and anyone going through loss this Holiday season!

Good post. I think we can have a discussion about it without it veering into a Covid debate.

I will say, I had no issue with what Arians said. I enjoy his bluntness. His JOB is to win football games as the HC of TB, AB helps him do that. Helps his team do that. He did say this is it for AB, no more stupid s***.

Well to be fair...he said that when he first came over too....lol. That said it's the coaches job to coach the players. The Gm to bring in the players...and the league to decide if the player should be allowed to play. If he is allowed to play coaches play him.

NFL needs to do an overhaul on there officiating. Better training and possibly making them full-time workers.

I mean I would be SHOCKED if many had much else going on. The avg salary is 209k a year. They are off from Feb to May....so I don't think making them full time is much an issue. The league has training, filling out paperwork etc and they are fully invested....it's just human error...it's much much worse at the college and HS levels....but with the speed of the game and how fast stuff happens....just crazy. I just think they need the eye in the sky having an official in the box reviewing the whole play in real time etc to help with more complicated calls or helping them sort through fights etc. Just give them more help and more eyes.

You're probably right on them not having much else going on. All i know is human error or not officiating is terrible in the NFL right now.

I'm sure it isn't any worse than it's ever been. I mean before there were like 100 cameras in the stadium and 4k tv's and slow motion multi-angled replay with zoom/frame by frame etc....I bet the same amount of missed calls were made as before...it just is sooo sooo much easier to see sitting on our sofa then before. There could be some I'd say that the referees like to make it about themselves then let the play on the field decide it but mostly I think it's just we have more technology to see everything and those guys aren't really privy to it...nor the angles we get to view it at. I mean when they do show a full speed shot from the angle the ref had to make the call....I have 20/20 vision and a very good grasp on the rule book and I want NO PART of trying to make those calls.

My son was born 6 weeks premature.  If I would have gone to work that morning on the day he was born, it is likely both he and my wife would have died. I could tell my something was wrong with my wife.  She insisted I go to work, but I refused.  Took her to the doctor and emergency C-Section was scheduled for later that day.

My daughter was also premature (5 weeks).  She came home on a heart monitor.  Had one really bad scare when the monitor went off and it took us several seconds to get her to 'wake up'.  She finally outgrew that issue, but was diagnosed with cancer when she was 3.  Thankfully, it was Stage 1 and treatable with surgery and a few months of chemo.

Looking at the playoffs standings, as of this week Colts are projected to play the Bengals. That would be a good matchup and one i would like to see.

I'm 90 mins away from PBS. I will undoubtedly be there, if that were to happen.

Oddly enough 36 mins from Lucas Oil. I wasn't mad how easy it was to get home the other night!

It would suck being a receiver for the Rams not named Cooper Cupp. Only getting looks when the QB wants to throw it a way.

It would suck worse to be a wr playing with Russell Wilson. Guy should have just sat the entire year. I think Geno would have done just as well if not better how he was doing. In Kupps defense this guy came back from a major injury last year and he has been a STUD. I mean can't argue he is like a WR savant....get's open...and is much bigger and athletic then people give him credit for.

I've only been to a handful of other NFL stadiums (Soldier Field, Met in Jersey, Miami, Lambeau...old Coliseum in LA, old Texas Stadium)....but there isn't an easier in out gameday experience that I know of. If we aren't tailgating...I literally can bang beers on the North Side, order Uber and get dropped off a block away in about 25 minutes. Almost curb side for a NFL game. Tough to beat.

For the Bears fans out there. Guy on twitter @eriklambert1 is his handle. Gives a recap of what Ryan Pace has done as GM at WR and TE position.

Here's a glimpse. These have been his WR moves during his tenure.

Kevin White Daniel Braverman Javon Wims Anthony Miller Riley Ridley Darnell Mooney Dazz Newsome Eddie Royal Markus Wheaton Dontrelle Inman Allen Robinson Taylor Gabriel

You're talking about in Indy? It's stupid how easy it is.

Honestly it's less what they have and more what they've done with them. Mooney is a young stud and Robinson was a great fit until this year. Kmet is better than servicable....and while old and well past his due date Graham isn't a bad 2nd TE in the redzone.....they have decent talent...they just have awful player development and coaching.

Indy is great for basically any sporting event.....and especially if you are staying the night which many people do so they can go out and enjoy the town for food and drinks afterward. I remember hearing lots of compliments during the SB....but it doesn't matter what sporting event...they've typically been all well planned and easy to get in and out of for travel and nice hotel and dining options near by.

Agree to a point....but when you look at the body of work, draft picks, when they drafted them....and how much $ has been spent on an underused TE group?? Guy just needs to go. He's the same guy who spent a 2nd round pick on TE Adam Shaheen.
