Here’s one that fits in here. I like them both quite a bit. I also really like Jamey Johnson but he hasn’t done much new music lately. In Color and The Dollar are both great songs.

Doing some asparagus and chicken tonight. The chicken is mostly for meals during the week.

What type of cooker and what temp?

I made a batch yesterday with apple cider vinegar instead of the red wine. They’re very tasty. I put some on rib tips for lunch.

We do something similar with pork chops. They get a quick sear on the grill then go into a pan of beer and BBQ sauce.

Are those the pickled onions on top?

I smoked some spare ribs today. I did them closer to 300 with a type of 3-2-1 method. I didn’t sauce at the end and probably should have cut it down to 10-15 minutes. I like to spritz but don’t have a great bottle to use. I always get the cheap plastic ones and lose them.

Just decided on a plan today. I’m doing a chuck roast, bbq pork chops, turkey sausage, collard greens, and corn on the cob.

I also enjoy the imperial and barrel aged stouts. I’ve even started putting together my own cellar. I’ve got a couple bottles of BCBS. I’m surprised how easy it has been to find this year.

It is called Home Town Light and is made by Fountain Square Brewing in Indy. I also like their Workingman’s Pilsner got lighter beers.

Just opened this one. It’s pretty solid. I could see me having a few on a summer day.

I don’t have any real experience with plants, but I was given a shallow pot with green onions and 2 buckets with a tomato in each. How do I keep these alive and producing?

I did something similar with an old dresser. It was much cheaper to buy one at a yard sale and modify as needed. I just pulled the bottom few drawers out and added a plywood floor.

We’ve been pushing crate training with some good progress. I’ll have to do look into what toys we’re buying. What kind of dog training does she do? Sorry for pulling off topic. here’s my latest landscaping project. Still waiting to get a bag or 2 of mulch for the last strip.

We got a puppy about a week ago. It is a lot. They need to be supervised 100% of the time they aren’t crated. This allows you to teach them potty training and what to do and not to do. Sounds like you need to make some hot sauce. I’ve never done it but I’ve looked into it. There are some recipes that look pretty simple with vinegar and cayenne.

We added a quarantine pup to our pack Sunday. This is Oliver. My brother got a litter mate of his. He’s mostly Australian Shepherd and Border collie.

We mostly watch sitcoms here. Parks and Rec is a favorite. It is worth the watch for the Bob Knight and Indiana references alone. I just finished Schitt’s Creek, we recently watched The Good Place but are waiting for the last season on Netflix. Now we’re watching Community. I’d recommend them all. They’re each different but still great watches.

I’m generally too lazy to make much. I like the simple ones like rum/bourbon and coke. My go to is probably gin and Sprite with a lime wedge or lime juice. It’s refreshing in the summer. I also found some old fashioned mix I liked. You just added whiskey, bitters, and a garnish.

I used to run a lot. I did XC and track through hs and college. One of my favorite things was running on trails. If you can find somewhere you enjoy being it helps. Another thing that may be helpful is not starting out too fast. The benefit of most runs comes from the amount of time on your feet with your heart rate elevated.

I’m in a similar boat. I quit drinking Mt Dew and started intermittent fasting.

I’m glad this thread is back. Like many, I’ll be off work tomorrow trying to get set up to work from home. That means the smoker is getting used! Got some chicken thighs seasoned. Not pictured: chicken legs in Caribbean jerk marinade, turkey sausage, boudin, and a chuck roast.
