  1. Probably not the right thread but you’re right. To be on track this response is brought to you by Three Floyd’s Sir Robert The Bruce.
  2. Haven’t had 10w-40 but I’ll have to look for it. I judge ba stouts on New Holland Dragon’s Milk. It’s well priced, easily available, and tasty.
  3. I have a few Bigfoots but haven’t had one in a while. Last weekend we did 5 years of KBS. The imperial and barrel aged stouts are great.
  4. We’re doing a small vertical of Sierra Nevada Narwhal.
  5. I didn’t see any BCBS yet this year. I usually go to a store that does a raffle to decide order of picking the different beers they have. That was cancelled due to COVID and they just asked people not to line up as they opened. People did and sold out before I got there. I have another place that thinks they’ll get some still this year and a place I haven’t checked that still has 2019. I have bottles of 17, 8, and 19 in the basement, but only the originals.
  6. This is always my response. A season of constant injuries at IU means Archie isn’t a good enough coach to overcome adversity. Two guys out at PU deserves an asterisk.
  7. Anyone watching MSU on Spectrum having issues with resolution and a small picture? Solved. We had it on a non HD channel. Looks like an ID 10T error.
  8. Sorry if it’s too off topic (not sure it deserves it’s own thread), but are there any knife people? I picked these up this morning and wasn’t sure about them. I assume the one with writing on the blade is promotional.
  9. Can you grow the actual Brussels sprouts in winter? Sorry for the dumb questions, I’m very bad at growing things.
  10. Do you grow Brussels sprouts? That sounds interesting to try.
  11. How do you determine what jewelry is valuable? I’ve never looked closely at it.
  12. Anyone else enjoy going to them? One of my favorite things to do is get up on a Saturday morning and hit a few. There’s almost always some interesting stuff. I like looking for any sports memorabilia, hand tools, vintage cast iron, etc.
  13. I really liked Schitt’s Creek. It drew me in over the first few seasons.
  14. For pumpkin beers I like Dogfishhead Punkin Ale and Schlafly’s pumpkin beer. Another unique fall one is rauchbier. Schlenkerla is a good one but the style is pretty tough to find. It’s a German smoked beer.
  15. There is a historic marker just off 65 in Henryville for the colonel. Zaxbys hasn’t been mentioned and is one of my favorites. They have a great selection of sauces. Some people have mentioned local places so I’ll throw out one. The Chicken House is in southern Indiana around New Albany and is very good.
  16. Drinking something a little different than the IPAs and sours tonight.
  17. Weather down here on the sunny side of the Ohio is just about perfect, too.
  18. That’s the way I choose horses. We do jackpots for every race so we’re invested in it more than normal.
  19. Do you think Tiz the Law will not run well? I don’t follow the actual racing as much as I probably should.
  20. We got the grill area setup. Pork shoulder is going on soon.
  21. We always go to Thunder Over Louisville but it was cancelled this year. Our cookout is still on, though. I agree that everything seems different down here this year.
  22. Yes it has been dead a while now. We’re putting a fence in so it needs to go before it breaks a part of it. The tomatoes get some sun but not a ton. Do they need full sun?
  23. I have both landscaping and gardening going on. This tree is coming down. We’re putting in a fence and it is too dead to trust. I got one part done, but I’ll need a ladder for the rest. My tomato plants are holding on. One was eaten by the worm I posted and has recovered. I have 4 tomatoes but none are ripe. I’m impressively bad at growing things.
