nice little article here, cleans some stuff up...

Looks like Mangum-Farrar is back, not sure what he means by a "pass rusher" compared to a coverage LBer. I think he means him playing Edge and not on the inside, but ehhh... we'll see. He definitely wasn't a "coverage LBer" last year, idk even know what that term means.

To be clear--- glad Mangum-Farrar is back. Still have Sanguetti, Bonds for depth at Safety. So we have 4 safeties with solid experience. Johnson gets another year of eligibility, so that is good. I don't feel we are weak at corner now with Toomer/Minor.

it is just a LB that is good in coverage as to opposed to those that are better at rushing the passer or stopping the run.

Might also mean he is moving to DE/edge.

Heard some thinking Ferrell might move up to LB but not sure if that has any legs.

Nic Scourton hitting the portal. Seems unexpected. Much like us if you aren't a top tier P5 program the bottom tier programs in the conferences become feeder programs for the elite just like kids from smaller conferences.

Hopefully CCC is on the phone.

. Yes, OSU And UO are saying the same thing. "Boy we don't want to play IU, they are pissed about finishing last in recruiting again."      i get it, 2 weeks and all recruiting.

I couldn't care less what osu and uo are thinking.

I also don't care what the media thinks of the class

Can't open the Twitter feed, so not sure what this alludes to, but Nitro Tuggle from Northwood signed with Georgia. 4 star wide receiver. We have to start keeping these higher rated in-state guys.

Based on Rivals and sorting by RR, we got the following in-state

    6) Tyler Cherry (5.8)

    11) Adedamola Ajani (5.6)

    16) Christian Peterson (5.5)

    19) Khobie Martin (5.5)

    52) Evan Lawrence (5.3)

Not exactly killing it in-state but Purdue only has 4 in-state (#9, #12, #14 and #60) so there is our silver lining lol.
