On the subject of QBs, one name I heard that we might be interested in is former Utah QB…last name of Brewer.  He got beat out mid-season and hit the portal.  I have no idea if there is any truth but for the sake of conversation, anyone have any thoughts on him?

Do you know anything about these two?  Were they buried on the depth chart guys?  Grad transfers?  How much eligibility do they have left.  They are certainly both large humans.

Agree.  I don't think anyone would be surprised if Penix hung up his cleats due to all of the injuries.  I have a hunch we'll bring in a QB.

I really can’t argue any of that, but that’s just what I was told.  Maybe it’s nothing more than wishful thinking and it won’t turn out to be true.  No idea.

Does anyone know for sure…does Sheridan’s contract have one of those clauses where if he gets another job that lessens what IU owes him?  I’ve heard he is likely to end up at Washington w KD.

Not very many.  I count 4 scholarship kids, all highly recruited.  That doesn't count DJ Mathews.  Nor does it count Omar Cooper from LN.  There is some nice talent still there on paper, but will be very young.  But, really, do any of those that left scare anyone?

Looks like he is a LB and started in 2020 and played a lot this year....but don't know if he started or not.  But then didn't play after Halloween as he lost his job to a freshman.  From Jacksonville, Fl.

I agree.  ND may have the “better” loss but Okie State has better wins.

After dropping a close one to 7th ranked Stanford, the ladies beat Miami tonight 53-51.  5th ranked NC State is next.

Center Grove hangs on to beat Westfield 27-21.  That’s a wrap on the high school season.
