He is a Senior who has how many games played under his belt and he still cannot finish at the rim, hit his free throws, shoot the 3 consistently or understand he is a better mid range shooter. Its isn't going to click for Rob. He is what he is. Sometimes, potential just doesn't show itself at this level. He might have been better off going to a less competitive program. His defense is really important, but he didn't shut down Champagnie last night, no one could to be honest. I say you give Lander a long long leash for the next 3 cupcakes, you know what you have in Rob, and see if Lander can move the needle to where we hope it can be.

great video right up until they called a foul that had nothing to do with an arm bar which they talked about whole time and then said something about using a leg. Maybe explain that before you call it our and use it as your basis for the foul. Sheesh

I think the last move they did with the 3 point line was too far. The shorter shot clock forces less offense and more quick shots and offenses being built around the 3 point shot all around. I would love to see a 1 minute shot clock for the whole game except for the last 2 minutes of each half where it is reduced to 25 seconds to ensure you don't get teams just running out clock like the old days. Or something like this to allow for more offensive sets but not allowing a game to be run out by running around and play keep away until the clock runs out for 3 minutes. But what do i know.

Could have been. When he first came in, he hit that mid range and a couple drives to the hole and had some success. Then its like a switch flipped and he stood around dribbling and just taking 3s. The offense slowed down and everyone just kind of stood around watching again. I think he needs to be a 2 guard if he is going to play. Don't put the offense in his hands. He will either need to learn to score again or sit on the bench. His defense is good but being a liability on offense in todays game just kills us.

I thought Rob started off better but pretty much ended up being the same rob down the stretch. Stagnated offense when he was in. Too much dribbling and then fell in love with the 3 and missed alot
