The exit strategy needs to be discussed. Woodson was always only coaching for the duration of this contract and then he planned on riding off into the sunset. He needs to just retire and let Dolson find a real college basketball coach and not a part timer.

    Agreed.

Dusty May would be my choice.

Pittman has Ballard over the barrel now. They have so few weapons without him, as we saw a couple weeks back.

Agreed. I think looking at the pay of top WRs, Pittman isn't in the same "category" as them.

But he's the best WR on the team. He's solid and seems unselfish. I wouldn't hate Ballard overspending for him. I just don't think he's in the Diggs, Hill, etc category.

Watching that play for like the 100th time.. I think Goodsons intital route needed to have more width as well. That would have created a simpler angle for catch and throw.

100%. Also would've allowed him to catch the ball with his head toward the defense.

Running vertical that early forces Minshew in a tough spot. If the defender gets to Goodson faster, it suddenly becomes a bang bang play.

Blame to be had on all.

Oh they'll carry 3... it's just SE is under rookie contract again next year. So, that's why I feel.. AR/SE are locked, Minshew vs. another rookie for the other spot.

From what I've seen on how the Colts have altered their offense to fit Minshew, Penix could thrive.

With a good line/run game, I think he can stay healthy enough to thrive. He is so good at sensing pressure and moving in the pocket. Very curious where he goes in the draft. I could see a Jalen Hurts type scenario.

Penix has quite the injury proneness, as well. Minshew-- might be a price tag thing. I would expect it to be either/or, I don't think you'd have Ehlinger, Minshew, and Penix.

No doubt. But assuming you have a veteran backup as well, I think he's worth rolling the dice on depending on where you can get him.

Will be interesting to see if they carry 3 QBs. I think they pretty much have to. If you get to that 3rd QB in the season and he gets hurt, I think you're just $hit out of luck at that point.

Also.. not knowing what Steichen thinks of Ehlinger... and who knows where Minshew ends up after the year (I'd love to just bring him back)...

I'd have no issue drafting Penix 4th rd or later.

With Richardson being injury prone and unproven, I'd love to see them resign Minshew and draft someone mid draft. If Penix falls that far he'd absolutely be worth taking.

Good luck to everyone this weekend as fantasy comes to an end for most. In terms of our league the only thing that prevents @ephul from winning is the injury bug.

I think the Cowboys vs Lions game bodes well for you. I think it'll be a high scoring affair.

Mostert and Swift have regressed, but hopefully they can still put a solid week together. Pittman is key. I'm pretty much writing off Keenan Allen from playing.

I picked up Zahir White. If Jacobs doesn't play, I could see him having a big game against the Colts. He's my wild card.
