Absolutely. In my plan that game can go either way and a loss can be replaced with a crossover game most years.

This is my blueprint for IU football. Schedule 3 wins in non conference games and win 3 out of Maryland, Rutgers, and a crossover or team that’s down. Compete and knock off a ranked team each year to get to bowl games consistently. This is a historically bad program and 4-6 consecutive bowl games would be unprecedented.

I don’t think I posted these shelves I made. I found a piece of live edge sycamore at a flea market so I grabbed it. I cut around the knots to get some slabs with square(ish) ends, sanded the crap out of them, and added some finish.

Always rough to hear that not only did your top target that is in your own backyard turn you down for a rival, but they also did it knowing they may be buried in the rotation.

They also mentioned that the company they worked with some other schools. They did free events and had the same or lower attendance than what IU did. They said the same people told them about 50 kids was normal for a camp, so 120 is a great turnout. Overall, they were very happy and considered it a success. More importantly, they said the players agreed. Each got a check that night and will get an additional one later.

I’m simultaneously impressed by what these walk on RBs are doing and frustrated that they have to do so much.

I never saw that but I can’t imagine it was worse than what’s posted on message boards about players. I also remember a specific recruit being told on Twitter not to pick a school so they could get higher ranked players. Guess where they went.

Very frustrating the a preseason to 20 team can’t get a single break.
