Phenomenal talent, potential, and occasionally has exceptional games, but he gets caught sleeping on D a lot, is careless with passes consistently, and loose with the ball quite frequently. With that said, his pluses outweigh his negatives for sure. Just think we can maximize his abilities better with XJ on the floor.

This is shaping up to be one of those games we struggle to win bc of the volume threes they make and our inability to make enough.

A lousy first half for the second straight game. We need XJ back from the idea that it takes the ball out of JHS’ hands a little bit. Too careless with the ball. Needs to be coming off screens for jumpers and or running the occasional pick and roll. But don’t want him bringing the ball up all of the time. Needs to tighten his handles up big time if he wants to play at the next level.

JHS will be unstoppable if he learns how to not be so loose with the ball.

The refs need to be reminded that NOBODY is there to watch them. Good officials defuse situations and don’t make obvious overreactions or calls that affect the game. I think DJ Carstenson? does a phenomenal job. Need more like him.

I’ve always struggled to watch women play, but I enjoy watching this team! And it appears they should be really tough again next year.

Must win given the two that follow. Win out our home games and I think 4-5 seed is a given. Steal another on the road and win a couple in the Big10 tourney and I think we can snag a 3.

No way Malik leaves. (I know, anything could happen.) Kid is a crucial part of this team. Appears to truly enjoy being at IU.

But we can’t turn it over 13 times if we aren’t creating enough to make up the extra possessions. End of the day we gave them 9 extra possessions. That’s why we lost.

Disappointed in the first half, but proud of this team for not quitting. Neutral court we’re better. Completely dumbfounded about how we defended that last play. Why was JHS hugging Berry on the drive? Please pass to Berry for the shot! When TJD’s man floated away from the basket, why didn’t he step up to help? We let them spread the floor and take TG one on one instead of forcing them to hit a tougher shot on a kick out. Don’t get it. Win on Sat, no excuses.

Let’s see what we’re made of! Want to see some type of improvement/adjustment on the offensive end, tighten up the boards, and don’t quit. Fight in the second half and I can live with whatever the result ends up being.

The refs aren’t why we’re down 20. They suck, as always, but we’ve missed two front ends, shooting 31%, turning the ball over, not rebounding …. really didn’t understand how we could be favorites going into this game.

Completely agree. Certainly has that “it” factor but really needs to become a more consistent shooter by limiting his bad shots, limiting his turnovers, and I don’t think another year in Clif’s weight room would be a bad thing.

Go PSU and Wiscy. Don’t think Nebraska has a remote shot to win at Rutgers.

Next year was lining up to be a big opportunity for him, but I wonder if that idea has passed. I would bet that he won’t be back next year.
