I'd rather watch a bunch of walk-ons getting their butts kicked than the guys playing with zero passion. I was probably the only person who didn't want Race back because he also sucks as a leader. Hope you two find some pride and be actual leaders. Otherwise, we'll end up 8th in the Big 10 again. You're all gutless quitters who keep getting humiliated. Reminds me of the days when Bruce Weber was at Illinois. It felt like we were playing 5 on 6 when we had the ball and we were on his end of the court.

So, I just watched the ending. LOL at Rutgers turning it over on the inbounds with 0.4 left. That's the second time in the past year Purdue has gotten the ball back when their opponent had it in the backcourt with less than a second left (at MSU last year). Like seriously, how do you not only get that lucky twice, but not take advantage either time? Crazy.

I mean raise your hand if you post on a rival team's board more than your own...hmm, only one hand raised? Weird.

It's his go-to when he can't refute anything being said. Of course, I'm not sure why he cares what we think.

This will never happen, but I think any team that becomes bowl eligible should have the players vote yes or no for playing in a bowl game. They could do it anonymously, and if the "no" votes exceeded a certain threshold, the team would decline a bowl bid and end its season. Of course, seeing Purdue's program lose money to get embarrassed on national TV wasn't a bad alternative.
