Surprisingly no. A couple semis slid off. The only way I knew which side of the road I was on was which rumble strip I hit. Measured 8" at the house with another 3-5" possible.

Finally made it. Had to stop to take a break. This was I69 south of Bloomington about 5 o'clock.

I'm about to drive home in this crap. At least my 4wd decided to work today.

Sorry to quote myself but my new heater raised my temperature by 10 degrees.

Fortunately the grocery store in town has a few electric heaters rated at 5100 btus. So on my way to go buy one. I like to fix things myself and am very stubborn about that. But sometimes I have to give in. My wife is right all the time and has a client that owns an HVAC/plumbing business but he is chillin in Florida for the next few weeks.

I have an electric AC unit. Well my auxiliary heat function quit do I can get my house up to 56 degrees. Cant get a Technician until next week. Luckily, in my past life I was an Eskimo so the cold doesn't bother me. I tried to fix it but its above my pay grade.

Calling for 6-8" here as of now.

Yep. WHS went to Semi State the next year and lost in the championship to the same damn team. But that blizzard likely cost us one. If you cant tell I love my alma mater as much as I do IU.

My dad was in high school and told a few stories about it. No school for a month. Also, my 8th grade history teacher, the Chuck Crabb of Washington high school and an expert on WHS basketball told me this. WHS in 1978 finished 27-2 losing to Terre Haute South in the Semi State championship game. The tournament was delayed about a month and finished in April I believe. Local farmers would get their tractors out to take the team to practice. Mr. Spillman is convinced that if not for that blizzard that team would have won it all. Trivia, an IU player was on that team. Who?

My biggest concern about crypto currencies is there is nothing physical to back it up. The US dollar has the faith and trust of the US Government which about as far as I can throw an actual paper dollar. Part of my investing strategy is a healthy amount of silver and gold. Wont make much money but it retains value. For example, for Christmas my stepdad gave me a sack of silver quarters. 135.75 face value worth $2400. One silver quarter will get you about $5. In 1960 a quarter would buy you a cheeseburger and fries. In 2020 $5 gets about the same. Crypto in interesting for sure but I'm wait and see on it.

I dont pay much attention to weather reports but my wife keeps me informed. She saw somewhere that next week is supposed to be the worst since to 78 blizzard I'm sure we've all heard about. I dont know. We will find out I guess.

Something I've read recently when it comes to vaccine production. There are only so many facilities that produce it. Those same facilities produce 100's of other drugs. So there is some prioritization. There are alot of rare diseases, and alot of people with disease that need therapeutics. You cant just shut down the production of those drugs and prioritize covid vaccines. @Billingsley99 has taught us alot about Ayden and mitochondrial disease. We dont want to disrupt his supply of medication or millions of others. How are you all doing btw? So it's a balancing act. So it's more than just distribution.
